Ontbijt was helemaal prima, bed lag heerlijk.

Niets
Kamer was echt prima! Netjes, lekker de ruimte in de badkamer.
We hebben er ook gegeten. We hadden broodje met kruidenboter,aiolie enz. Dat viel tegen. Brood was niet vers,en de sausjes niet zelf gemaakt. Verder was het eten wel goed.
Die Lage war super und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt herrschte eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, und das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und komfortabel, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Auch der Service war jederzeit aufmerksam und bemüht. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Wir sind öfter in Groningen unterwegs und dieses Hotel war bisher das beste, in dem wir dort übernachtet haben.
Die Balkone verlaufen rund um die Suiten, sodass man grundsätzlich überall entlanglaufen kann, was für uns persönlich kein Problem war. Bei unserem Zimmer war jedoch im Bereich der zugehörigen Terrasse eine Satellitenschüssel installiert, weshalb dieser Abschnitt abgesperrt war und wir ihn nicht direkt über unsere Suite betreten konnten. Stattdessen mussten wir außen über die Terrasse gehen. Dadurch kam es gelegentlich zu Missverständnissen mit anderen Gästen, die davon ausgingen, dass dieser Bereich exklusiv zu ihrer Suite gehört. Dabei wurden wir vereinzelt unfreundlich aufgefordert, den Bereich zu verlassen, obwohl wir ihn lediglich passieren mussten. Das ist insgesamt etwas ungünstig gelöst und könnte aus unserer Sicht potenziell zu weiterer Verwirrung führen. Gleichzeitig lag das aber eher an der Situation und dem Verhalten einzelner Gäste und weniger am Hotel selbst, das insgesamt sehr gut organisiert war.
Mooie kamer (de suite), erg vriendelijk personeel
De ligging, ik bleek tot mijn verrassing de ‘verkeerde’ Leonardo te hebben geboekt, ik wilde naar City Center, maar bleek per ongeluk Stadpark te hebben geboekt.
Het was een mooie ruime kamer, met een fijne badkamer. Her ontbijt was goed en er was vriendelijk/ behulpzaam personeel
Geen idee
Heerlijk hotel 'aan de ran van Groningen', maar op Rima loopafstand van centrum.
Hoe leuk om bij het inchecken te horen dat je Gast van de Dag bent en een upgrade krijgt?
Waanzinnige suite, heerlijke bedden, lekkers op de kamer en een borrel van het huis.
Maar bovenal: wat een geweldig team staat er! Allemaal aardig, professioneel en weten wat gastvrij is.

Ontbijt had meer plantaardige opties mogen hebben.
We waren gast van de dag en kregen een kamer upgrade, een prachtige suite.
