Echt heel vriendelijk ontvangen door jonge man toen we onze bagage achterlieten voor de check in. Een gratis welkomsdrankje dat goed viel bij het hete weer. We kregen zonder problemen een andere kamer toen we een te warme kamer kregen zonder goed werkende airco. De tweede kamer was beter en met inloop douche. Prima bedden.
De airco is okay maar niet heel sterk. Ontbijt is geen €20/25 waard. Op maandag was de dame zelfs een beetje onverschillig toen ik vroeg of er roerei en verse jus zou komen. “Weet niet of we dat vandaag krijgen”. (Ze ging uiteindelijk in de keuken vragen en het kwam). Bij incheck zou gezegd moeten worden dat kamers alleen op aanvraag worden schoongemaakt. Dat is een beetje verstopt aangegeven. (Ik had er al wel over gelezen in recensies)

Er viel niks tegen...aandachtspuntje, de assecoires op de badkamer veelal los...kwetsbaar voor afbreken.
Super fijn ontvangst en "guest of the day" waardoor we een kamer upgrade kregen. Super lief en gezellig personeel! Eten is uitstekend.

Enige was dat de parkeergarage glad was omdat het nat was. Was met een minder valide persoon dus was even lastig. Verder was het helemaal top!!
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und die Innenstadt ist leicht per Bus erreichbar.
Unterm Bett ist seit Wochen nicht geputzt worden.

Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade, en mocht daarom in de suite verblijven. Ik kreeg tevens een verfrissend drankje aangeboden. Leuke moderne kamers.
Ontbijt was voldoende, maar niet speciaal. Ik moest vooral wennen aan de ramen tot de grond, die uitkeken op de loopbrug. Ik moest de gordijnen sluiten om geen volledige inkijk te hebben.
