Zimmer sind ok, hat aber sonst wenig zu bieten und schwaches Frühstück

Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Nett ausgestattetes Zimmer.

Cons:

Frühstück war eine Katastrophe ( eiskalte und gefrorene Beagle, kein Toast, Apfelsaftautomat war defekt, man hätte da improvisieren können) Bar hatte wenig Getränke Auswahl Sitzmöglichkeiten waren auch nicht sehr bequem. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Pros:

excellently styled, rooms and lobby have modern comfortable, classy design and furnishings. room suites well laid out, with great furnishings and styled fixtures and decor. bathroom is spacious and clean. breakfast is quite good, with excellent seating areas, using restaurant & bar space. Pool is nicely sized, good scene. Overall, excellent property with all the right amenities. Front desk staff performed perfect customer service, even switched to excellent Spanish when a Hispanic patron asked a question. Every star.

Cons:

Wallpaper in bathroom needs some regluing work.

Staff seemed inexperienced in handling an issues. Power outage was not handled well & patrons were left in the lobby

Very nice hitel

Cons:

The hotel is always fantastic, and I always enjoy staying here. This time, the only issue I noticed was that the air conditioning in my room was not working. It wasn’t a major problem for me, but it is something that should be checked.

The bigger issue was the restaurant service. There was only one waiter serving all of the hotel guests, which resulted in slow service and made the dining experience less enjoyable. I believe the restaurant would benefit from having more staff available to provide the level of service that guests expect.

Overall, I still had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
