TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay

I was very satisfied with the breakfast, and the school is not far from my child's.

Coffee location was strange, but I understand the convenience factor for its location at all other times.
Breakfast choices were okay. I’m just always hoping for fresh home baked muffins.

Breakfast was awesome. Great different variety every day. Location was ok. Pretty close to places we like to visit in the Cape.

We recently spent five nights at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wareham/Buzzards Bay, and we were pleased with our stay.

The location is just off a major highway, a short drive to Onset, MA, and within easy reach of shopping centers in both directions.

The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated throughout, which we always appreciate. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and the outdoor lodge area with the firepit. I made good use of the fitness room, which was well equipped — including a Peloton bike. Management should consider providing disinfectant wipes in the fitness room. There was a disinfectant spray bottle but no paper towels to go with it.

There's also a coin-operated laundry on site ($3.50 to wash, $3.50 to dry). The free breakfast was nothing special — pretty standard hotel fare — but the 24-hour coffee and tea station was a nice touch.

Staff throughout were polite and professional, but we especially want to recognize two employees who went above and beyond: Chris made sure we received housekeeping service after we'd been skipped the day before, and Cynthia personally saw to it that fresh towels were brought to our room after we'd been told the night before that they'd run out. The housekeeper could have done a better job of cleaning the bathroom.

Behind the hotel are cranberry bogs and a walking trail.

Overall, we had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

Our stay in early May was terrific. Cynthia and Wendy W were great hosts. This is the best place to stay and have easy reach to see the country. Thank you everyone.

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia at the front desk. There was an issue with my reservation rate, but she was patient and a total in getting it corrected.

A really comfortable room, and great stay. Even the coffee in the room was decent. The staff, especially Cynthia, was really gracious and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites Buzzards Bay Wareham, and one employee truly made our experience exceptional.

Lori, who works in the breakfast area, went above and beyond every morning. Even when we arrived within 15 minutes of breakfast ending, she made sure everything was fully stocked so no one missed out. She never made us feel rushed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

She was especially kind to my boys and took the time to chat with us, offering great recommendations for things to do around the area. Seeing her friendly, welcoming face each morning was a wonderful way to start our day.

The rest of the hotel staff was also welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but Lori's outstanding customer service deserves special recognition. She truly made us feel at home.

We highly recommend staying at TownePlace Suites Buzzards Bay. The excellent hospitality from Lori and the entire staff made our family vacation even more enjoyable.

We stayed in Wareham Ma. Cynthia is a gem! She was kind, and informative and just a great human! When you’re treated with such positive energy , it really makes your stay that much better!

Was traveling with my cousin and her 8 and 2 year old. Stayed a night on our way to Falmouth. Cynthia at the front desk was wonderful. Very personable AND professional. We so appreciated her getting us into a room early with the 2 year old who needed to lie down (but sadly NOT nap! :). Not sure of her name but the woman handling the breakfast the following morning was also so great and helpful. Watched her buzz about and was so kind and helpful to the busy room of parents and small kids. The hotel was also very conveniently located off the highway and near some good shops for stocking up including a GREAT Walmart. My cousins kids also enjoyed the very clean indoor pool during our stay. Thank you!
