Pros:

Stuff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Koffe, tea, juice was selv self service 24/7.
Nice view from the room to swimming pool and park castle.

Good value for Ramadan in pre-season
Pros:

Close to the airport, so great for late arrival or early departure. Walking distance to several restaurants and markets. Breakfast buffet had various choices.

It was perfect location for Ironman
Pros:

The shower was amazing very powerful.
We had clean towels and extra water bottles every day.
Extra shampoo and shower gel.
The staff were very nice.
Loved the cat.

Cons:

Maybe new mattress are needed and new pillows.

Nice holiday to remember!
Pros:

The property was very nice and clean overall! We stayed in the hotel for two weeks and it felt like we were staying at home!

We enjoyed the rides in the pool, it was fantastic and so much fun. The hotel is not so big so you get to know everyone who is staying there! My son made friends from there whom he is still in touch with!
The staff work exceptionally hard and deserve an award for their hard work! They make you feel comfortable and on our last day, we left the hotel just before dinner and they went out of their way to make us sandwiches to take to the airport with us and they helped us put our luggage in the taxi. It felt like we were saying goodbye to family members!
A BIG shout to the manager, Nurul and the rest of the team; Hamza, Engin, Hayar and Sedat….there were a couple more that we don’t know the name but they were all outstanding!!!!

Cons:

The choice & diversity of the food served! It was quite monotone and bland!
