Qualité prix ça vaut la peine mais les personnels sont mal formé.

Pas loin de l’aéroport

Cons:

Le comportement des agents dans le bar , je pense qu’ils connaissent pas d’autres race , tant que noir on me l’a fait montré que j’étais différente que les autres à travers leurs questions et le regard…je trouve que les personnels sont pas bien formé.

Pool is good , calmness

Cons:

We stay there 7 days .. we went to beach and we paid for 600 lira for 2 benches .. some of the guest got free bench ticket from Sarp hotel but for us nothing they provided .

They weren’t nice to the childeren, If I let my kids bring drinks without me they always tell them we don’t have ice cub

We stayed as a family for 10 days at this hotel. The purpose of the trip was to relax, go to the Legendary park for children, and also get a good night's sleep. Among the pluses: very pleasant staff, on which the quality of the stay at the hotel depends. Daily cleaning, if necessary, change of bed linen and change of towels. The rooms were clean. The beach area is a bit far away (about 3 km), but the hotel provides a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach, and from the beach to the hotel at least 6 times a day, so it is very convenient. Although we often walked, since we needed to walk a lot. Regarding the hotel. We booked a room with breakfast, not all inclusive, but we were still given the opportunity to use sunbeds and umbrellas and towels on the beach for free (special coupons are given at the reception), which is a big plus, since it costs money. As for the town itself, there is everything you need, shops, souvenir shops, sweets, everyone will find something to their taste and wallet. We visited several restaurants, unfortunately the menu is a bit monotonous (I wanted fish, but not for the price offered in restaurants, if it's a family, it turns out expensive), although near the sea, fish products should be more affordable in my opinion. As for the amusement park, we had a lot of fun, we even managed to ride the roller coaster twice. Tickets can be bought online, but then you still have to stand in line for a bracelet. You can pay by card and cash. Food can also be ordered on the territory of the park. There were queues, but we were lucky, we didn't wait long, a maximum of 35 minutes, but it was worth it. A very interesting, entertaining place. Recommended. We also parachuted, the three of us rode for 210 euros. Lots of impressions from the landscapes. So, the overall impression is good, I was satisfied with the vacation. Thank you to the Sarp Hotel for the hospitality and kindness.
