Pros:

Love the location. The restaurant/lobby & the flower arrangements etc look so beautiful. Great service. Reception perfect. Room was great with big mirror. Huge & comfortable bed. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

May be a shower screen door will prevent splashing.

Restaurant was as goid as any I have been too in Australia. Chef should be goong for a hat

Disappointed that an “upgrade” seemed a downgrade from my previous stays
Pros:

Stayed before in outside rooms and been happy

Cons:

Decided to take an upgrade offer and stay in a bigger room with balcony and “water views”. Could not see anything because there was some external air conditioner type structures right in front of the balcony. Bathroom was old with mould along bottom of shower door and a shower head that sent water in every direction except down

A great place to relax-beds were so comfortable, soft towels, cafe on site so convenient.
Pros:

We loved the little cafe. So glamorous and amazing food! Real coffee too … thank you!

A nice room spoiled by noise issues.
Pros:

A spacious room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Noise issues with our room: phone ringing & conversations from Reception clearly audible; doors closing/banging nearby; people talking in corridors; late night noise from neighbouring room. Restaurant was pleasant but very expensive.

Needs better customer service
Pros:

Room was quiet - away from main road and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

There are major roadworks at the front of the hotel making it very confusing and nigh on impossible as to how to get in to the car park and to reception. The hotel needs to contact people who have booked in and inform them of the roadworks and how to get in to the property. When we mentioned this to reception staff they said 'you have to ring us' WHAT?? Are we meant to be clairvoyant and know about the roadworks before we get there???? Ridiculous

Great hotel, very clean and fantastic service...Beautifully furnished
Pros:

Location is exceptional...We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked lovely
