Presidential Suite - Spa in the room being the highlight. Definitely recommended.
Pros:

Presidential Suite (approx. $250 per night) - Loved the room. Staff had heated the room prior to our arrival on a wintery cold day which was appreciated. Loved the spa bath within the room (big enough for two people) which made the room experience more like a stint at a Health Resort. After a long road trip, it was a great way to unwind and relax in complete privacy. Small complimentary touches, whilst not expensive, were still appreciated. We also had access to the large swimming pool within the main hotel building (cold temperature) and the large spa alongside it (heated) from 8am to 7pm. The idea being, a dip in the cold pool, and then straight into the hot spa. Also, a great location, with Woolworths located across the road for emergency items. Reception staff were very approachable and had a friendly warmth about them. We'll definitely return again in the future.

Cons:

No obvious negatives. I guess the room was on the pricey side, but it met our needs and, in some areas, exceeded our expectations. I selected the room because of the spa in the room, and it didn't disappoint.

We arrived and couldn’t get hold of reception . Reception was closed wouldn’t answer phone or messages
