Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O quarto estava visivelmente sujo, com o chão mal higienizado, paredes manchadas e aspecto geral de falta de limpeza. O banheiro também apresentava sujeira acumulada e manchas pretas que transmitiam sensação de abandono e falta de manutenção.

Além disso, a roupa de cama estava em condições inadequadas, com lençóis e travesseiros manchados, o que comprometeu totalmente o conforto e a confiança na higiene do local.

O elevador também estava muito sujo e fazia ruídos preocupantes durante o funcionamento, causando insegurança ao utilizá-lo.

Infelizmente, a estadia foi horrível do início ao fim. Entre os hotéis de categoria semelhante em que me hospedei recentemente, este foi, sem dúvida, o pior. A limpeza, a conservação e a qualidade geral das instalações ficaram muito abaixo do esperado.
