Cons:

Definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms feel ancient and not very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water wasn’t very warm.

Booked Again / Extended Stay
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by staff who were all so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was close enough for us to walk to the main attractions in the city centre. Drivers also liked it because they didn't have to sit in as much traffic.
The drinking water refill stations were fantastic. This is the only hotel we'd been to in Bali with free drinking water readily available for guests. And there was a refill station on each floor.
The beds were comfortable. Plus there was an option to request an orthopaedic pillow.
The pool was a lovely cool temperature, with extra towels readily available. It was also easy to get in and out of. Plus there was a pool side changing room with a toilet and shower.
The restaurant was nice with a good variety of options.
The spa rooms were clean, calming and relaxing with sound proof treatment rooms.
The laundry service was good/quick.
The housekeeping service was good/efficient.

Cons:

One of our rooms smelt damp and musty but housekeeping tried their best to freshen the air.
Sometimes you could hear the people moving around in the rooms above.
The toilet in one of our rooms just kept running (water leaking into the bowl), even after they tried to fix it.
The restaurant was a bit pricey. You can get bigger portions for considerably less money, just a short walk away.

Great value for.money comes with a caveat
Pros:

All great
Except, one big thing - cramped too many rooms room but connected to many other rooms, even if your neigbir.flushes the toilet, you hear in the night, some opposite rooms have got balcony aand table and chairs, people discussing can be heard , voice amplification disturbs the sleep.
Rest is all great with the hotel

A standard hotel stay, very friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Pros:

It’s central location was great for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast team even remembered our names and asked about things we had done!

Cons:

The pool isn’t private at all, so we didn’t use it. It was a standard hotel, nothing special but I would still recommend it.

Paguei o taxi no hotel posteriormente no fim das ferias, já decorridos 10 dias, o taxista contactou me a informar que o hotel não lhe tinha pago o taxi porque eu não tinha pago o taxi. mandei os comprovativos dos pagamentos, mesmo assim, não explicaram todos os pagamentos e insistiram que não tinham debitado o valor do taxi

Short and quick
Pros:

Bed was ver comfortable, not keen on bathroom set up with glass wall, no one wants to see their partner on the loo. Breakfast was not the best unfortunately. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

I paid for a room with a balcony, balcony view was looking at the walkway in front of the hotel building ( second floor this was, not ground floor) people walking passed could see straight into your room. As the bathroom walk was glass, we had to keep the Curtains fully shut otherwise walkers by could see you on the toilet, having a shower or a bath. So the design of this hotel is a big let down. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night. With curtains shut all the time, it took away the tropical island experience. Stay away from the balcony rooms
