Eigentlich ein toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel lag perfekt direkt an der Drachenbrücke und nur 2km entfernt vom Flughafen. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen McDonald‘s und eine Pizzeria. Die Zimmer waren groß, hatten ein tolles Badezimmer, große Fensterfront, einen Kühlschrank/Minibar und einen Safe. Überall sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere die Rezeption mit Truc Vy und Thuy MV. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und international. Brotauswahl hätte allerdings besser sein können. Sehr schöner Spabereich mit großem Poolbereich und Liegen.

Ein absolutes NoGo!!!

Wir hatten gestern Nachmittag noch den Pool genutzt. Nach dem Bad wollte ich mich abduschen und meine Haare fönen. Als ich um 16.20Uhr den Umkleide/Duschbereich betrat, waren die Waschbecken von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen (wohl des Spabereiches ,hellblaue Kleidung) vollständig mit Kosmetika und Bürsten belegt. Keinerlei Chance für mich als Hotelgast. Es wurden auch keinerlei Anstalten gemacht, den Platz zu räumen. Nach 5 Minuten kam ich wieder und habe dann sehr, sehr deutliche Worte gefunden und sie böse rausgeschickt. Ich wurde nur ausgelacht, aber sie räumten ihre Sachen wenigstens zusammen ! Die Waschbecken wurden mit ihren Haaren dreckig zurück gelassen. Ich hatte mich außerordentlich geärgert!

I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights through Agoda and selected the "Pay at Hotel" option because it seemed safer and more convenient to make the payment upon arrival.

However, the hotel messaged me twice through Agoda asking for payment before check-in. I replied and asked whether I could pay at the hotel as stated in my booking, but they simply repeated that payment had to be made before the check-in date. This was confusing because the booking clearly offered a "Pay at Hotel" option.

What made the experience even worse was that the hotel cancelled my reservation on the very day of my arrival in Da Nang. As I was travelling, I did not check the Agoda app regularly. I only discovered the cancellation after landing at Da Nang Airport.

When I called the hotel to ask why my booking had been cancelled, the receptionist/manager repeatedly stated that it was their hotel policy. I explained that if this was their policy, they should have cancelled the booking at least a couple of days in advance, not on the day guests arrive in the city with nowhere to stay.

Unfortunately, the staff did not listen to my concerns, kept arguing, and eventually hung up the call without properly explaining the situation or offering any assistance.

If the hotel does not genuinely allow guests to pay at the property, then they should remove the "Pay at Hotel" option from Agoda to avoid misleading customers.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor communication, lack of customer service, and last-minute cancellation.

Tolles, gehobenes Mittelklasse-Hotel mit erstklassiger Lage für Menschen, die nicht primär den Strand aufsuchen möchten.
Pros:

Meine Mutter hatte am Morgen einen Schwindelanfall und ihr wurde schnelle Hilfe durch das Hotel geleistet - vielen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Überhaupt war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, vom Empfang bis zum Büffetpersonal. Die Lage ist fussläufig von der Drachenbrücke zum Nachtmarkt, zum Han-Market (wer keine Strandnähe sucht) und damit für uns ein Riesenplus.

Don't book this hotel! Bugs and bad food
Pros:

Booked this hotel, 2 days before going there spoke to a couple who were in the hotel and became ill from the food, also found bed bugs. Because my daughter was having trouble with her stomach. I cancelled my booking because i didn't want to risk my daughter getting more sick.
The hotel wouldn't give me my money back. Telling me that everything is OK with the food... The liars!

Please people read the bad review first! There are bugs, cockroaches in rooms people getting sick from food.
The service of this hotel is crab.
