Pros:

飯店員工們都非常親切！人很好～
第一天入住時，因為還沒到15點check in時間，我先把行李都寄放在櫃檯。等check in後，沒想到他們竟然已經幫我把行李都提前放進房間裡了！！！
超感動！（因為是旅行後期，行李真的超級重的）
飯店位置很方便，淺草橋站附近，JR總武線和地鐵的都營淺草線，最後一天去成田機場很方便。
而且飯店週邊很多店家，不用擔心找不到吃的
房間大小還可以，沒有到很小
床滿好睡的～
雖然設施舊舊的，但整體來說算滿乾淨的

Cons:

房間鑰匙是比較傳統類型的鑰匙，每次外出時要去櫃檯寄放，可能是稍微有一點點小麻煩啦。
冷氣有點舊，所以運作聲音有點大聲略吵。還有冷氣內的清潔可能要再多注意一下。
房間內玄關與全身鏡那附近牆壁，竟然沒有可以掛衣服的掛鉤！不太方便，這點覺得真的得改善。
飯店裡面沒有洗衣機烘衣機區覺得很可惜，雖然飯店對面很近就有一家自助洗衣店啦，但還要出去飯店就會覺得比較麻煩，因為也快回國了，所以入住那幾天的髒衣服最後選擇直接帶回國後再洗。

スタッフさんがとてもにこやかで、鍵を預けるときも外出から戻ったときも、顔を覚えてくれていたと感じた。

Cons:

部屋の中の配置上、エアコンの風がそのままベッドに向いていて、温度調整が難しかった。

Una gran opción para viajeros solos
Pros:

Muy buen hotel con buena localización si buscas algo bien conectado en Tokio! Alrededor también dispone de muchos recursos como combinis y restaurantes. Respecto al personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, y las habitaciones en solitario cumplen la función, buena relación - calidad precio!

Cons:

Respecto a la habitación me parece un poco antiguo el baño en particular y el mobiliario
