l'ospitalità, appena arrivati non trovavano la prenotazione e ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo noi in torto. Poi siamo arrivati verso le 11:00 e non ci hanno fatto fare il check in (cosa che in tanti alberghi lo fanno anche se la camera non è pronta), per poi appunto dirci che non esisteva nessuna prenotazione (cosa che potevano controllarlo appena arrivati e non farci aspettare a fin dopo pranzo).

Poi alla richiesta di sera se avevano uno spazzolino/dentifricio, ho ricevuto una risposta in un modo maleducato dicendo di andarlo a comprare fuori. (Posso capire essendo "boutique hotel" che a quanto pare non è obbligatorio averlo, ma ci sono sempre modi e modi di rispondere).

A prescindere da tutto, l'educazione deve essere sempre al primo posto.

Perfect hotel for holiday makers.
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was superb with plenty quality food. Reception was very kind and friendly. Cleaners are very polite and helpful. You can’t expect more than that.

Pros:

Perfect stay! Everything was excellent, from the room and facilities to the overall atmosphere.
The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly made our stay unforgettable.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

A comfortable and relaxing stay with a welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful details, and an excellent location.
Pros:

I especially appreciated that the hotel does not use strong artificial fragrances. Instead, there was occasionally a subtle natural incense aroma in the common areas, which created a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

breakfast variety could be slightly broader for longer stays. Other than that, everything met our expectations.

Pros:

Симпатичный отель в центре Протараса. Внутри все новое, аккуратное, современное. Отель камерный. что имеет свои плюсы. Бассейн с красной плиткой - необычно! Ночью все светится красным - отсюда и название. Завтрак приличный. В номере чисто. Приятный персонал. Внизу есть кафе, где можно купить перекус, мороженое, кофе.

Cons:

Прочитали в отзывах, что в отеле не шумно, но нам было шумно. Окна выходили на одну из основных улиц Протараса - там играет музыка, ездит громкий транспорт, слышно голоса, шумоизоляция не спасает.

Nice place but used to be better in service

Nice location, small clean pool and good breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness in the room especially under the beds, were not cleaned recently. Food (soulvaki) was served cold and one night people were using the pool and were making nice at 23:00. Extra bed is the room is small and not comfortable
