Amazing very helping caring and kind staff. An amazing venue.
Pros:

I was i Royal women's Brisbane hospital, my husband was very well looked after by Quest.
When I was discharged from hospital I was too, well cared for by the Quest Kelvin Grove.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

I picked Quest as my stay for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The room is very clean and spacious. It is so quiet and has a table and chair where I plan to get my office work done. The front desk lady was friendly and was kind enough to accommodate me earlier than the check in time. The overall experience has been great and I highly recommend this hotel!

Location, underground parking, comfortable mattress and pillows. Daily Housekeeping.

Cons:

Shower has a water restrictor the flow is sub average. Booking.com shows Breakfast included but it is not. Staff gave me vouchers for the two mornings to make up for the false advertising, I found that very kind.
The rubbish bin lever snapped in my hand with light pressure?? IDK why?
MOR toiletries supplied in shower lovely touch but the scent is very strong and likened to Men’s aftershave. A more neutral or lighter scent would be better.
