Love the authentic baba nyonya decors & ambiance.
Pros:

Spacious room with comfy bed . Local or western breakfast menu to choose from, serve by friendly staffs.
2 mins. walk to Jonker street with lots of local shops nearby.
Ideal location for family. Malay restaurants just a walk away behind the property.

Cons:

The room flooring need repair.

A very pleasurable stay in an eccellent small hotel.
Pros:

It is situated in one of the most charecterful streets in Malaka. Very well situated for all the most important sights.

Cons:

At night the street was sometimes a little noisy.

Prachtige plek waar de historie voelbaar is.
Pros:

Prachtig pand met authentieke elementen. Ruime kamers met goed bed en heerlijke douche.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was nogal karig en met weinig liefde gepresenteerd. Allemaal niet echt vers of smaakvol.

I don’t know why this property has only 8+ ⭐️ review - it should be 10++⭐️ as everything was just perfect! We had a fantastic stay ever in this fabulous old house in middle of Melaka! Highly extremely recommended!!!!

アンティーク調のホテルで、場所もメインストリートに近く、良かったです。
Cons:

過去にも数回宿泊しています。ホテルチェックイン時にデポジット約2500円を預けます。最初の１、２回は、クレジットカードでいったん支払い、後で、リファンドしてもらうことになっていました。ホテル側はリファンド手続したとのことですが、なぜか私の口座には入金されてきませんでした。その後は、現金でデポジットを支払うようにしています。
クレジットカードのリファンドは、上手くいかないことがあると思うので、現金でのデポジット支払いが良いのではと思います。

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Heeren Palm Suites made our stay truly memorable. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and proactive—offering thoughtful recommendations, helping with small requests before we even asked, and checking in to be sure we were comfortable throughout. Their genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience.

Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with heritage details, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed, and the overall ambiance calm and relaxing. The location is excellent—quiet, yet just a short walk to Jonker Street and the main sights.

Cons:

heaters are slower to warm up and staff did inform us in advance.

Clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room facing Jonker street is very noisy and hardly able to sleep. The towels in the bathroom are very old.

現做早餐豐富; 位置餐飲方便且有看不完的老房子; 住在乾淨安靜漂亮的老房子裡很舒服

Cons:

浴室花灑似乎無法使用, 希望有浴缸; 房間內的老窗戶不好打開, 可惜沒有陽光灑落房間的感覺
