From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

現做早餐豐富; 位置餐飲方便且有看不完的老房子; 住在乾淨安靜漂亮的老房子裡很舒服

Cons:

浴室花灑似乎無法使用, 希望有浴缸; 房間內的老窗戶不好打開, 可惜沒有陽光灑落房間的感覺

Pros:

Невероятная атмосфера исторического здания отеля. На первом этаже даже есть комната по типу небольшого музея. Персонал вежлив и дружелюбен, быстро заселили, помогли затащить чемодан на 3-й этаж. На завтраках тоже всё было отлично. Номер очень понравился, мебель в индийском стиле, все удобства работают, есть небольшой безалкогольный мини-бар. Расположение отличное, до Джонкер Волк пройти всего минут 5-7. В общем отлично здесь провели пару ночей, а Малакка оказалась гораздо интереснее, чем предполагали изначально.

Classic Chinese-Paranakan heritage stay in the middle of Jonker Street
Pros:

Most importantly to me is the close proximity to the Jonker Street Market spot, at the quieter road parallel to Jonker Street. Therefore, just ideal. The room is huge and they managed to preserve the original structure of probably more than 100 years old! The staffs are friendly and ever willing to help with whatever we needed and the room is squeaky clean!

Cons:

The onsite parking is very limited although there is another secured parking at another building nearby.

古い、歴史的な建物を改装したホテルで、調度品もアンティークな感じでよかった。歴史を感じる雰囲気、アンティークな雰囲気を、好む方には良いと思う。シャワールーム、洗面所は現代的に改装してあり使いやすかった。部屋は広くゆったり使えた。全体的にはとても良かった。

The room was spacious and well appointed. The location was great for exploring Melaka. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was ample and flavoursome.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was at the front of the hotel and was subject to road noise.

Lovely hotel for quiet and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The property location is good and within walking distance to various attractions.

Cons:

The towels were a bit thin and old. As the room is big, the air con was not strong enough.

schönes Haus in schöner Lage
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, im Zentrum aber doch nicht direkt am Nachtmarkt ; das historische Haus ist sehr schön, sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail renoviert; unser Zimmer war sehr groß , Frühstück war fein (kleine aber feine Auswahl malayischer Frühstücks-Speisen, Toasts ets gabs auch)

Pros:

Super Lage direkt im historischen Zentrum
Sehr freundliches Personal, das hilfsbereit ist und auf Wunsch Tipps gibt.
Schönes historisches Hotel mit wenig Zimmern
Es ist sehr sauber

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer zeigte auf die Strasse und war sehr laut. Man konnte es nicht richtig verdunkeln. Wir konnten dann aber in ein anderes wechseln, das ruhig war und sich verdunkeln liess.
Das Frühstück ist etwas eintönig und es gibt zu wenig Auswahl und zu wenig frische Früchte. In vergleichbaren Hotels in Malaysia hatten wir immer reichlichere Frühstücke. Der Preis dieses Hotels ist für das Gebotene eher zu hoch und man zahlt eindeutig die gute Lage.

Beautiful old Peranakan house . Big rooms, all different and with nice vintage furniture. Spacious and Brand new bathroom

Pros:

Beautiful old mansion. I got the room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. Clean, spacious and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice local breakfast. Great location, close to the action but still quiet. Walking distance to Jonker street and eateries.

Cons:

Towel is old.
