Buen hotel en perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en la zona joven/universitaria con el metro a 10mins andando.
Desayuno coreano incluido.
Las camas y almohadas son cómodas.
Aire acondicionado en la habitación.
Llegamos de madrugada y todo estaba listo para nuestro check-in, personal encantador.

Cons:

Habitación y baño un poco pequeños pero lo normal en Corea, está bien para un par de noches.

Good value for Seoul
Pros:

Small but comfortable.
AC in the room saved us.
Breakfast was good even tho I’m not too used to spicy in the morning.
Location was great, 10 mins from train station and in a quiet street.

Cons:

It would be nice to add shelves on top of the bed walls as the space was really small.

Hotel in a lovely neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants
Pros:

The staff was super nice and I absolutely loved the location!

Cons:

There was no variety of breakfast. There was only 1 or 2 choices per day, with one day being cup noodles. I booked with breakfast but unfortunately didn’t have it.

心地よい時間を過ごせました☺️
Pros:

･弘大入口駅から緑の多い歩道を歩くと辿り着きます🌳🚶‍♀️
朝も夜も人通りがあるので安心してホテルを利用できました!!
通りにお店も沢山あり、食事したり買い物にもとても便利です。
･予約の時点で丁寧なメッセージをいただけて安心できました。
当時チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預けに行きましたが丁寧に対応してくださりチェックインの際にはお部屋にキャリーケースを入れていてくださいました🧳部屋の説明も、日本語の用紙を使いながらしてくださり困ることはありませんでした！対応してくださった方は日本語が凄くお上手でした✨
･部屋も綺麗でシンプルで使いやすかったです！廊下に人がいる時は多少音がしますが騒ぐ方はいなかったので気にならなかったです☺️
･シャワー🚿とトイレの部屋にスリッパも置いてくださっていました。スリッパが水履けが良いように下に穴があるタイプでした！床に溜まった水が触れるのが個人的に気になったのでシャワーの際は自分で持ってきたスリッパを使用しました(気になる方は駅近くにDAISOがあるのでそこで買えます!!)普通に使用する際には何も問題ありません😌
･朝食が日替わりメニューで毎日いただけますが、毎日美味しくいただきました😋🥣韓食を出してくださるので旅行中に色々な種類の韓食を食べたい私としてはとても嬉しかったです!!一回のカフェエリアでの朝食ですが風が通り気持ちが良い場所でいただけます🍳お料理を作ってくださる方々も毎日笑顔で対応してくださり良い一日を始めれました☺️


弘大では、今まで駅チカの大手ホテルも何件か利用しましたが
個人的にはこちらのParkavenue Guesthouseさんが一番心地よく過ごせました😊(値段もホテルと比べると半額くらいの料金でかなり良心的だと思います。)とにかくスタッフの方々の接客が心地よいです😌次回も必ずこちらを予約したいと思います!!
