A damage deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via credit card once the accommodations has been inspected.

La habitación es muy grande y espaciosa, al igual que el baño.
Bajar a la piscina y conseguir hamaca era misión imposible, pero sin embargo en la piscina no había mucha gente. Otros huéspedes bajaban a primera hora, dejaban las toallas en las hamacas y se iban fuera, y los que llegábamos más tarde no teníamos donde dejar las cosas. Nos quejamos en diferentes ocasiones y la recepción del hotel y los socorristas se limpiaban las manos, menos mal de una chica que fue la única que nos ayudó.
Por otro lado aparcar por la zona resulta imposible. Ellos tienen parking pero siempre está lleno y te tienes que ir a aparcar a 10min caminando.
La comida del restaurante bien, sin más, pero los horarios nefastos, muy orientado hacia los guiris y no tienen en cuenta los horarios de la gente local.
El personal del bar piscina y del restaurante buffet muy amables, sobre todo muy conscientes con las alergias. La animación pésima, solo un chico llamado Daniel es el que valía la pena, pero fue un hotel muy aburrido para los niños.

Sinceramente una maravilla en cuanto a profesionalidad de trabajadores las mejores atenciones sin duda alguna muy buen servicio y luego la instalación muy bien mi valoración un 10/10 no dudaría en volver a reservar en otra oportunidad porque la verdad la pasé excelente
It was a nice experience. we first reserved for 2 nights but as everything was great my daughter insisted on extending at list one night more and we didi. The food was amazing.
As an artist, I expect more luxurious design at least for facade.
