A damage deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via credit card once the accommodations has been inspected.

Zona de fumadores mesmo ao lado da entrada do edifício onde era o meu quarto, sendo que fomos com um bebé de meses e passamos muitas vezes nessa zona. O hotel em si já tem alguns anos e as casas de banho já são antigas.

The pool area was lovely, the hotel rooms were immaculately with very comfy beds. This was a handy location for the the beach and cafes etc in maspalomas and playa d’inglese (although we did find them quite run down).
We opted to stay All Inclusive. We were only staying for 3 days and thought it would be handy. Breakfast was nice, but we didnt enjoy the dinners. Much of it looked a bit sloppy for lack of a better word, just not very appealing and it wasn’t very tasty. Even the pizza wasn’t great. We were also disappointed to find that All inclusive also didnt include very maby different drinks. There is AI + and then there also drinks that everyone has to pay for, so we felt that was a bit misleading.
Todo muy bien, el buffet muy bueno, comida variada. La habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y cómodas, los espectáculos por la noche están bastante bien. La ubicacion muy buena. Los empleados muy amables
El colchón un poquito duro pero se podía descansar, el horario de la piscina hasta las 18:00
We stayed at the ground floor in a very spacious room, food was very good, fresh, hotel was very clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. I don't normally write reviews, but we had such a good experience, the vibe of the hotel was amazing, and I really enjoyed the food.
