В это время шел ремонт возможно и сейчас идет и нашу машину запачкали цементом, который сейчас не отходит . И по всей машине крупные капли цемента. Охрана не дали парковаться под навесом, так как это хозяина место🤡

Прекрасный отель. Останавливаемся не в первый раз и всегда на высоте! заселение быстрое, персонал прекрасно общается и всегда готов помочь. Очень вежливые и приветливые. Супер завтрак! Это очень радует. Видна разница в питании после нашего отдыха ранее. Это сильный прорыв, молодцы! Прекрасный, чистый номер. В отеле проведен ремонт, сделана реновация номеров. Все стало очень шикарно. Отдельное спасибо за ваш выбор в кофе) редко когда встретишь отличный кофе в отеле на завтраке. Большой, чистый и теплый бассейн. Есть бар с питанием у бассейна. Все уютно и вкусно. Официанты на высоте.

Cons:

Бассейн. Мы всегда выбираем летом отели с открытыми бассейнами. Их не так много в Ташкенте. Но в жару это сильно выручает. Однако, разочаровало что отель стал принимать сторонних отдыхающих за часовую оплату. Вход происходит бесконтрольно и поэтому мы столкнулись с отсутствием возможности отдыхать на шезлонгах. Пришлось довольно долгое время ожидать их. Мы были не единственными гостями отеля, кто столкнулся с этим. Я считаю недопустимым, что гости отеля вынуждены ждать оказания услуги предусмотренной в регламенте. Может быть стоит резервировать какое-то количество мест только для гостей отеля или ограничивать количество гостей по внешней оплате. Подобный ажиотаж создает не самую комфортную обстановку. Стоит отметить, что персонал всячески пытался нам помочь, хотя ситуацию изменить они конечно не могли)
