Havuzun kenarları asla temizlenmiyordu. Yatakları rahat değildi. Yer yer hijyen problemleri ile bu çerçevede karşı karşıya kaldık
En general el personal era muy atento salvo alguna excepción, estuve dos semanas. Lo lamentable era que el hotel estaba en remodelación y la piscina que es rica solo estuvo disponible a partir de la segunda semana.
Que no me dejarán quedarme hasta después de las 6 de la tarde en mi pieza (late check out ) siendo que estuve dos semanas en el hotel, legue el 6 de julio en la madrugada pero pagué desde el 5 de julio incluido y me retiré el 17 de julio el viernes en la tarde noche. Además la capacidad del hotel no superaba el 50%. Les expliqué además que tenía un viaje de aprox 40 horas para volver a mi país pero tampoco le interesó a la persona que estaba en el hotel cuando estuve conversando de esto el viernes en la mañana. En realidad no fue muy atinado de su parte. Por lo mismo pudieron haberme descontado el día 5 y que el hotel sabía que yo llegaba el 6. Gracias
The property is nice but there was no information about the scaffolding next to the building and you can also hear the construction noise during the daytime, this did affect the perception but not the utility overall. Also, during 7 days that I stayed there I didn’t have a card to access my room, as apparently the card system was broken, so someone from reception had to go up to the room with me every time I needed to access it. Also location wise it’s not a walk distance from the main attractions, but it was so hot so I was using taxis anyway. If I needed something I also had to chase a few times, but I appreciate there’s a cultural aspect to it.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu as part of an official delegation from the Antalya. As this was an official visit, we had to be extremely careful when choosing the hotel, since even a small problem could have affected the overall organization.
After our stay, I can confidently say that Radisson Blu was an excellent choice. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the meeting room was very suitable for our delegation, and the service was outstanding throughout our visit.
The entire staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ildar Latipov and Ms. Elena Mateyko for their excellent support and attention. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Eduard, Azamay, Medina, Elena and all the other team members who assisted us in every possible way.
Their hospitality and professionalism made our stay both comfortable and successful. We were very pleased with our experience.

Did not work nut the staff was very kind and the bellboys helped a lot including izzatilq, abdulaziz, salavat, javokhir and Tocir
Great stay, Despite ongoing renovation. Khasan was helpful and so was Abdulaziz. Thank you.
Breakfast Buffet has improved as well.
