Reception were friendly enough but felt like they didn't know what was happening.

Cons:

It was just very old and run down. Everything was a bit broken and worn out. Also a lot of ants. Dirty couches and chairs.

Personalet var fantastisk og gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at afhjælpe mangler. Beliggenheden var rigtig fin.

Cons:

Hotellet er fuldkommen nedslidt. Aircon virker ikke på hele hotellet, og det er ikke sjovt med 34 grader i Geneve. Vanvittig høj betaling for at parkere sin bil på hotellets område. Det er ikke en ekstra gæst, det er et befordringsmiddel der bringer kunder til deres forretning, det skal ikke koste noget at parkere på en ellers tom plads foran hotellet.

assenza totale di aria condizionata in tutto l hotel in piena estate,per un 4 stelle direi non proprio il massimo.... ci siamo trovati costretti a dover cambiare hotel... difficilmente recensisco in negativo ma qui non si può fare altro purtroppo

Very disappointing for a 4 * hotel. There was no tea making facilities which should be standard.

Beautiful little room for a decent price in an absolutely central location.

Cons:

The twin bed was really small; think camp-bed sized. Worth it for a room you're not planning to spend a lot of time in, but bad for anyone of above-average size.
