Terrible experience. No fridge in the room, poor breakfast, noisy and old room, they even forgot to clean the room one day! It is not worth 4 stars.

Acceuil tres agréable, chambres spacieuses et propres mais l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Les draps sont usés (troués), les meubles usagés, la moquette et les stores d’un autre temps, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas.

L’emplacement et la qualité de travail des femmes/hommes de chambre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment décevant ! Même pas une vraie bonne machine à café mais un jus de chaussettes pressé en ´ arrière boutique ´ puis versé dans un contenant de 15 litres posé sur la table du buffet !!! Franchement le reste est loin d’ être appétissant même si 2 personnel est présent constamment et surveille ce qu’il se passe en salle … : vite une emisssion ‘ cauchemar en hôtel ´ avec Philippe Etchebest. Ya un boulot de dingue pour lui sur les bords du Lac Léman.

Cons:

Hôtel trop vieillot, fenêtres très mal isolées voire qui ne ferment pas bien donc c’est extrêmement bruyant et il est impossible de dormir, température de l’eau de la douche très difficile à régler (bouillante ou froide), ascenseur clients en panne. Ma chambre avait une sorte de petite pièce annexe (totalement vide) qui ne servait à rien, disposition pas optimisée du tout. Pas de prise électrique à côté du lit. Poil trouvé à l’arrivée sur l’unique petit flacon de gel douche de la salle de bain.
