Un excellent emplacement et un personnel très accueillant, mais des chambres qui mériteraient d’être rénovées.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du métro, des restaurants et des kombinis. Le hall d’entrée est moderne et très agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique. La télévision connectée est un vrai plus et la climatisation est efficace. Le petit-déjeuner offre un choix limité, mais les produits semblent de bonne qualité.

Cons:

La chambre est vieillissante, sombre et manque de fraîcheur. La moquette présentait des taches et nous avons même trouvé un élastique au sol, ce qui donne une impression de propreté perfectible. Les lits sont les moins confortables de notre séjour : on sent beaucoup les ressorts, ce qui nuit au sommeil. La salle de bain est également ancienne et assez petite. Enfin, le système de climatisation est d’un autre âge, avec un simple réglage de puissance sans possibilité de choisir la température.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch leider nach kaltem Zigarettenqualm. Wir haben ein Duftspray bekommen und es immer mit AC "verteilt", dann ging es kurze Zeit später.

素敵な三連休のスタートライフ！
Pros:

夕食もお腹いっぱいになるほど、朝はバイキングの朝食にローストビーフと大変豪華！レストランの店員さんが仮面ライダー好きな子供達に優しく接してくださり、帰る頃には懐いていたほど(笑)ロビーも清潔感満載で、もっとゆっくり泊まれたら良かったと思うほど良かったかも。

Cons:

駐車場が少し遠い。真夏の灼熱の道のりが子ども連れには凄く試練でした。ホテル前に車をつけることができたら、少しは違ったかな。チェックインとチェックアウトの時のロビーの人達の対応は無表情の対応で愛想はなかった。雑ではなかったので、可もなく不可もなし。
