Apartment In Mumbai City Centre

Was travelling with parent and children, so I just had limited expectations - clean, comfortable room and just the ability to get fresh early morning and leave by 7.30am. we would have been in the room for barely 12hrs.
There was problem with water supply on checkin day, it was external issue it seems so we could forgive.
But on checkout day when we tried to get hot water the hot water supply would stop within seconds of starting. Tried a lot to reach the caretaker, he eventually picked the call once, I followed his instructions but still hot water flow would stop within 5 seconds. I pleaded with him to take a video call and support with resolution but he simply declined, and within minutes turned off his phone.
The owner too has phone on mute apparently and for several calls made between 7.30-8, I got text message response after 4-5 hrs.
My 5yr old daughter had to be made to bathe in cold water, while she cried due to cold water, there was no compromise possible.

Bottomline is the property is great, in the city centre, but support and customer service is not a priority for anyone involved.

Hard access to the apartament. Doors with security code at not working proper. In the bathroom there is no light. They are not planning to repair it. Bed is very uncomfortable. The owner is very rude man. Better to avoid the place

Apartament nie był przygotowany pod gości. Przez cały pobyt nie działało światło w łazience, trzeba było się kąpać i korzystać z toalety po ciemku. Mimo zgłoszenia problemu nie było to naprawione. W pokoju głośno od ulicy oraz łóżko to rozkładana kanapa która jest bardzo niewygodna. W pokoju właściciel pozostawił swoje prywatne rzeczy co sprawiało wrażenie nie pokoju dla gości a składu dokumentów. Do apartamentu ciężko się dostać ponieważ elektroniczna klamka z kodem nie działa poprawnie. Właściciel jest bardzo nieprzyjemnym człowiekiem raczej odradzam pobytu w tym miejscu ponieważ może to popsuć wasze wakacje

Please get clarification on the type of room and size.

The lighting of the room is terrible. There is no exhaust in bath so it was always wet. We were not offered cleaning of the room but the foreigners staying in other rooms were. The host was rude and kept asking questions like 'are here here with family or colleagues?'.

It's rather noisy because the windows aren't sealed. The entrance to the building is quite run-down.
