Locatie en concept.

Cons:

Je weet pas bij inchecken welke studio en op welk verdiep.
Onze lag op 6 e verdieping en er werd dan pas meegedeeld dat de lift niet werkt.
Aangekomen op de studio werkte de TV ook niet en was de vloer niet echt netjes.
Ik vind wel dat er hiervoor enige vorm van compensatie mag zijn, gezien dit niet geweten was bij de boeking.
Daar ik vorige week ook in Leuven moest zijn, contacteerde ik de info lijn om te vragen of de lift al gemaakt was.
Men beloofde mij dezelfde dag nog terug te bellen met de stavaza rond de lift, jammer genoeg heb ik nooit een telefoontje terug gekregen.
Dan maar ergens anders geboekt, geen zin om opnieuw 6 verdieping met de trap op te moeten.

Good value, strange deposit rule
Pros:

Great value for money

Cons:

They have since short a new deposit policy where you need to block a deposit on your credit card. Since reception in the morning is not open, it is completely at the discretion of the cleaning crew after you are already gone, to decide if you have to pay a part of this for "damages/issues"to the place. Although I dont expect an issue..This was dissapointing and it might make me look at other accommodations in the future.

Het tweepersoonsbed bleek een uitschuifbare zetel te zijn met een rotslechte matras! De badkamer was veel te klein!

Midden in Leuven en schoon

Cons:

Lift naast ons appartement, heel veel lawaai grotendeels van de nacht door
Gehorig ook naar de gang toe
We waren met 3 personen , extra bed vreselijk

Pros:

Locatie in het centrum, dus alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

Herrie op straat van cafe's in het weekend. Bovenburen die 's nachts thuiskomen is nogal gehorig.
De kraan in de keuken functioneerde niet goed en de douche liep slecht door. Schriftelijke communicatie met de locatie onmogelijk. Reageren nergens op, alleen op het allerlaatste moment en geen antwoord op de vragen die ik stelde.
