Not worth it, find other stays
Pros:

The rooms were decent, not good.

Cons:

The receptionist was drunk, security guard was sleeping the whole time. I felt very unsafe to stay there. Not worth the money. It smells weord and smoky overall. Even in the rooms. Not recommending anyone to stay here

Some scope for lobby toilet improvement .
Solution Toulet says watch your steps and toilet is 2 steps below . Escapes falling .
In picture if drawing of 2 stairs and then it says watch your steps then it is better
