A perfect stay – we will definitely come back!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the location was amazing. We had a wonderful stay.

Just ok place but nothing special. No vibe no wow and not enough to do !

Infinity pool was great, beach is superb, Tony in reservation is very helpful, Karlo and Alex were very nice and hospitable. Love Niki in the spa, always smiling and kind. Nice to have live music at night…and we appreciate upgrade to a sea view room.

Cons:

Property is ok but nothing special, not up to 4 star standards. Carpet in the hallway are old and worn, ikea style furniture in all common areas, most of the staff are new and not trained about hotel offerings. Pool lounges offers no padding, pool bar very limited cocktails (no blender) people working at sunset bar not too friendly, no smiles. Bottom line hotel is ok but needs serious upgrade to meet 4 stars standards.

Next to the sew, pricey, oldish, clean
Pros:

Perfect location next to the sea, beds are good

Cons:

Partially renovated but general feeleng is that place is old and needs renovation. Meals are ok, but nothing special. Too pricey, basically you pay location by the see...please change hallway carpets!

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel trotzdem sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im TUI Blue Makarska. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Besonders das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab eine große Auswahl, alles war frisch und sehr lecker.

Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist der Poolbereich und die Außenanlage. Diese wirken mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.
