Localização. Limpeza. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos, especialmente a Lucy que fala português e nos atendeu muito bem. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Très bel endroit mais personnel antipathique
Pros:

Très belle villa avec un jardin où il fait bon se reposer. Chambre très confortable et lumineuse.
Hors du centre historique à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et 3 minutes d’un point de vue magique sur sienne.

Cons:

Le personnel était vraiment très désagréable. Cela a gâché notre séjour.
La route devant l’hôtel est bruyante la journée.

Posizione vicina al cenro storico, raggiungibile a piedi

Cons:

La finestra della camera ,m situata al piano terra, dava direttamente sul giardino dove ci sono i tavolini per colazione e aperitivi. Era come avere altri ospiti in camera e non c'era privacy nella camera.

Pros:

Você se sente num prédio histórico, com todas as funcionalidades e amenidades de um hotel. Pessoal super disponível e prestativo. O café da manhã na área externa (quintal) é tudo de bom, além de ser completíssimo e de alta qualidade.

Cons:

Absolutamente nada para reclamar.

Had a lovely stay! The Villa & pool was lovely & very clean. Breakfast quite basic. Good value for money.
Pros:

The views at the hotel were stunning, extremely pretty with a beautiful pool.
Good location - a 7 minute drive into Lucca town.
The rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

The shower wasn’t great & very small.
Breakfast very basic.
Only 1 wardrobe in the bedroom - could have done with a set of drawers.

Hotel muito bom, com quarto amplo e com abertura para o jardim. Ricardo nos atendeu na recepção e foi muito prestativo. Café da manhã muito bom e ainda tivemos a sorte de sermos atendidos pela Lucy, que não mediu esforços em nos atender bem. Agradecemos toda a atenção que ela nos dispensou.

Отличный отель, хороший завтрак, наличие бесплатной парковки прямо у отеля. Очень слабая шумоизоляция, слышно как дышит сосед а когда спускают воду в туалете соседнего номера, то такое ошущения что это происходит в вашем номере в шкафу.
