Estancia acogedora con mucho encanto y escelente desayuno
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias (estuvimos en 2), cómodas, pese a dar a la calle principal, muy tranquilas y bien aisladas, con climatización algo anticuada (salida desde debajo de ventana). Acceso fácil con ascensor (no de uso de 24h, tenía horario restringido para confort). Baño adecuado, no muy grande pero cómodo. Buena ubicación. Desayuno lo pagamos a parte pero mereció la pena: muy variado con abundante cantidad, excelente atención, café muy rico, mucha fruta y variedad de la misma, tenían bruschetas de dos tipos. Mucha zona de aparcamiento gratuita en la zona. A 10 minutos andando del centro (con desnivel). Una habitación disponía de balconcillo con vistas muy agradable.

Cons:

Algo ruidoso el interior. Al no tener recepción 24h, el acceso al hotel lo hacían en condiciones dudosas e incívicas. La primera mañana nos apremiaron a salir de la habitación para hacer la limpieza.

Fare colazione all'aperto in un giardino davvero rilassante.

Cons:

La dimensione del lavandino nel bagno della matrimoniale standard. La struttura ha segnalato che il bagno era piccolo, ma l' handicap non era la dimensione del bagno (piatto doccia ampio) ma il lavandino davvero piccolo.

Una piacevole sorpresa a Siena
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, immediatamente fuori dalle mura di Siena, con facilità di parcheggio gratuito. Il centro della città (Piazza del Campo) si può raggiungere a piedi in circa dieci minuti. La nostra finestra affacciava sul viale, ma era perfettamente insonorizzata e non abbiamo sentito rumori durante la notte. L'hotel è stato ristrutturato molto recentemente e tutto era in ordine. La pulizia è stata impeccabile. Le zone comuni (interne ed esterne) sono molto belle e ben curate. L'hotel dispone di un bar. I prodotti da bagno sono di ottima qualità. Non possiamo dire nulla sulla colazione, perché non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel in bester Lage in Siena.
Pros:

La Villa ist ein kleines Boutique-Hotel in toller Lage direkt an der Fortezza Medici. Von dort ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang in die historische Altstadt. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten sind gegeben. Sehr gutes Frühstück und netter Garten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Das Hotel gibt noch echte Schlüssel aus, die es nicht einfach machen, die Türen geräuschlos zu schließen. Das Hotel verfügt leider über keinen Pool.

Superbe, recommande vraiment.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et familial. Bravo. Personnel à l'écoute de ses clients, toujours disponible et attentif à nos demandes. Chambre très propre, soigné et confortable ainsi que la literie. Lieu calme et très proche du centre. Mes enfants et moi même avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet endroit, cet hébergement. Le propriétaire des lieux est également très chaleureux et soucieux de ses clients. Mille mercis pour notre séjour.

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gepflegtes Gebäude in sehr zentraler Lage. Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Unsere Übernachtung war eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich kann das Hotel überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben Nachts kaum schlafen können und empfanden unseren Aufenthalt als einzige Tortur:
1. Die Zimmer sind extrem schlecht schallisoliert. Man hört jeden Toilettengang des Nachbarn. Wenn andere Gäste ihr Zimmer verlassen oder betreten gibt es einen extremen Lärm, der einem aus dem Schlaf reisst.
2. Die Klimageräte sind unter dem Fenster direkt neben dem Bett montiert und daher extrem laut. Ein Schlafen mit eingeschaltetem Gerät ist daher nicht möglich. Auch die Kühlleistung der Klimageräte ist ein Witz.
3. In unserem Zimmer herrschten nachts Temperaturen von 28 Grad Celsius. Es war total stickig und gar nicht erholsam.
4. Das Badezimmer ist winzig und beklemmend. Das Waschbecken hat Miniaturgröße. Man stößt ständig irgendwo an und möchte nur noch raus.

Second time and still loved it
Pros:

Location is excellent for the city and, in particular, the Palio. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is lovely to enjoy the garden in the evening after walking the streets all day. This is our second stay in the hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Praise indeed.

Cons:

It would be great if the rooms could be equipped with a fridge, to keep some of the lovely wine cool.

We were pestered by a scammer, asking us to fill in information about the payment etc and to confirm our stay details. Clearly this is NOT the fault of the hotel and Booking.com did have it reported to them. I only mention it in case someone else gets a WhatsApp message from Brazil and talks about the same hotel (but in Sri Lanka). Obviously, don't respond and report it.
