Beautiful grounds and great breakfast
Pros:

Lovely staff and a really cool historical house! Beautiful grounds, loads of space.

Cons:

Our room was without a cot and 4 hours later we had to chase for one a third time as it was bedtime.

Nice friendly staff, beautiful grounds, avoid restaurant, lacking hygiene in the pool and facilities
Pros:

Garden was beautiful and staff gave us an anniversary dessert which we appreciated and let us sit outside.

Cons:

The food advertised online is completely misleading and this is not à la carte food at all, but charging premium prices for Indian takeaway type food. Not impressed and this should be addressed.
The shared facilities like the gym and pool were extremely unhygienic and not clean. I was appalled by the smell in the pool, layers of white scum everywhere and what felt like hadn’t been cleaned in a long, long time or no chemicals used like chlorine.
No one was coming to clean it - there were plasters and cups on the side. Really disgusting.
Same with the changing rooms and gym.

The outdoors saved the day !!
Pros:

The outdoors, the breakfast with the freshly cooked eggs and the decor .

Cons:

The pool was dirty full of hair in the hot weather, the triple room was at the ground floor attached to the rubbish bin and laundry, and the staff were not smiling at all.

We had a lovely second visit with you and look forward to a third visit in the near future
Pros:

The location for us was perfect as we visited Ham house and shopping in Kingston, the hotel room was lovely spacious and clean and our breakfast was lovely only issue with breads no orange juice ☹️
We used the pool which was lovely and the garden and outdoor seating area was very pleasant and well presented with formal garden.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the restaurant and bar area and corridors which made it uncomfortable so we stayed in our room which is a shame because we would have liked to enjoy the lovely indoor space that you have .

Amazing.. already booked to stay again
Pros:

Hotel grounds are beautiful, the triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit manic and the overflow tables by the bar are too small for more than 2 people to eat together.
Swimming pool tiles need to be fixed.

Lovely little get away, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Everything but the staff's attention to detail and work effort shined through, all were professional and very accommodating, always on hand to help and went the extra mile, the rooms were fabulous with a lot of character. Thank you, we will be back. Beautiful Gardens and outdoor space 10/10.

Cons:

Nothing, this location and staff, were amazing. Room's very clean with lovely bedding and fluffy towels, swimming area was clean and a reasonable size gym. We had the breakfast option included one thing I would say to management is possibly having breakfast outside, the breakfast room and lounge are not huge, with outside it is a larger area with lovely views, the two rooms for breakfast can get a bit stuffy. This is a small business so dont expect major hotel vibes however this added character and all the Staff made up for the small imperfections.

Thank you so much all the staff at The Warren house hotel
Pros:

Loved all the staff from reception to kitchen and general staff around the building. They work really hard and are very polite to do their best to make you feel comfortable. We visited with an autistic child who was upset when we was dining in the restaurant and the staff were so professional and understanding we didnt feel out of place. The staff work so hard and they make the stay special. Beds are comfortable and restroom are spacious and clean new style deco with old style deco supurb! The pool was a nice and clean and the Gardens are spectacular !

Cons:

We honestly coulsnt complain... .

Very relaxing, super friendly staff,in a idyllic setting.
Pros:

The hotel is set in peaceful grounds away from the hectic streets. Our room was lovely with its own little balcony which you get to through a window which overlooked the lovely garden. The room had everything you needed. Very good shower too. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the breakfast. We had breakfast twice there and both times the cooked option was just bordering warm and not a huge choice in general.
