Disappointing
Pros:

Great location a short walk from Richmond Park.

Cons:

Fridge, tv and phone in room not working. Shower leaked when in use and drainage issue in bath as filled up when showering and wouldn't go down.
Cot provided for baby with no mattress, just a duvet folded over with a sheet over the top. Not safe at all!

Cons:

We were woken up at 6.30 on Monday with rubbish being thrown into the bins outside our room (36). Please could this be done the previous evening to avoid disturbing guests so early in the morning?

Really enjoyed it . Great weekend getaway

It was a good stay .

Cons:

We were told house keeping doesn’t work after 8pm which was surprising as all I wanted was some slippers. It would be good to have some spare behind reception as no slippers in room

Disappointing and poor value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Gorgeous.
Lovely amazing staff.

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep due to a boiler room making a noise all night. It was loud and made the room vibrate. I was able to move to another room - after midnight.
Breakfast was meh.
