If it's hot, don't book.

Stefanio made me feel bad and scared staying there when he was working.
Pros:

The rudest ever receptionist Stefanio, made me feel unsafe. The rest of the people working there were lovely, and really professional.

Pros:

The room seemed to have been renovated; it was very clean. While I appreciate charming hotels, I prefer cleanliness, so I was very pleased with how clean it was.

部屋をリフォームしたのか、綺麗でした。趣のあるホテルもいいけど、やっぱり清潔な方がいいので、綺麗でとてもよかったです。

Cons:

I was surprised and shocked because I only got half the change back. I've been encountering a lot of lying Italians lately, so I was surprised this person might be a con artist too. Or maybe it was an Indian person, notorious for lying? They should really catch criminals.

The towels weren't changed even though they'd supposedly cleaned.

There was a power outage for several hours, but nothing was done. Is it like that everywhere? In Japan these days, you rarely get a power outage unless you go to the really rural area, but even when there was one in Japan in the past, the staff went around asking all the guests if they were okay, handing out lights, drinks, and food, and doing everything they could to make things easier for everyone. But there was absolutely nothing like that at this hotel.

They didn't even respond to my inquiries. Lol.

Is this a national characteristic? Or is it innate genetics? Is it the hotel's policy? If I were born and raised here, would I think this was normal? But unfortunately, I was born in a country with many kind people, so I was often taken aback. I hope you'll use this review as a reference and be prepared before you stay there.

お釣りがね、半分しか返ってこなかったからびっくりしたし、ショックだった。最近嘘つきのイタリア人によく遭遇するから、この人も詐偽師かなって驚きました。それとも嘘つきで有名なインド人だったのかな?犯罪者はちゃんと捕まえたらいいのにな。
掃除したはずなのに、タオルは交換されてなかったよ。
何時間か停電が起きたんだけど、何の対処もなかった。どこの国もみんなそうなの?今の日本じゃよっぽど田舎に行かなきゃ、停電なんて起きる事もないけど、昔日本で起きた時も、スタッフが大丈夫かお客様全員に声をかけに言って、ライトや飲み物、食料を配ったり、みんなが過ごしやすくするためにスタッフは動いてくれたけど、ここのホテルじゃ何一つなかった。
こちらからの問い合わせに応じることすらなかった。笑。
これって国民性なのかな?それとも生まれ持った遺伝子?ここのホテルの方針?ここで生まれ育てば、これを普通と思えたのかな?でもあいにく優しい人間が多い国にうまれてしまったからな、引くことが多かった。そして、このレビューを参考にして覚悟を持って宿泊して欲しいなと思う。

Buon hotel in centro
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino stazione centrale e i principali luoghi di interesse, personale gentile e cordiale, stanza piccola ,ma accogliente. Bagno con doccia,senza bidet. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Abbiamo un po' sofferto il caldo: c'erano 40 gradi all'esterno e l'aria condizionata, anche se messa a temperature basse, non raffreddava adeguatamente la stanza, esposta al sole nelle ore centrali.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ηταν πάρα πολύ κάλη .Κόντα στα περισσοτερα αξιοθέατα και κοντά στο σταθμό των τρένων. Το κρεββατι ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως και ο κλιματισμός στο κατάλυμα , ειδικά τις μερες που ήμασταν εκει και είχε καύσωνα . Το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο και πολύ καθαρό και γενικά ολοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχειου περιποιημένη .Το προσωπικο επίσης ηταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Cons:

Θα ήθελα το πρωινο να ήταν λιγο καλύτερο και το μέγεθος του δωματιου λίγο μεγαλύτερο.
