Excellent experience
Pros:

Location was great, very convenient. In the middle of the Florence historic Center. Easy to walk everywhere. It was very clean and staff was very responsive. They accommodated us based on our needs. We had booked the Toscany tour and had to leave before breakfast. They prepared breakfast to go for us. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We will book the same hotel if we come back to Florence.

Pros:

La terraza es bonita, con buenas vistas. El personal es muy amable. Habitación cómoda, así como la cama. Sin embargo, me parece un precio demasiado caro para la habitación en sí.

The location - very near of everything
The cleanliness, bed sheets and towels were impeccable
The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Beds with very hard and uncomfortable mattresses;
The fact that in the first place we received a room for people with disabilities (room 509) and they didn’t tell us, but fortunately the next day of our stay we asked for another room and they changed it;
Bad smell in the bathroom;
Poor breakfast;
The shower needs to be changed

Pros:

Very clean, excellent breakfast, perfect location-and besides busy location still very quite for sleeping, comfortable beds, airconditioned rooms, helpful and warm staff. Bar at the rooftop just what you need after long daily walks. The perfect spot for city tours. Save yourself all troubles and go to this place.

Nothing, all spotless!

Hotel was clean and tidy, and suited our needs. The staff are very friendly. Good base for exploring Florence.
Pros:

Location was close enough to travel hubs, and to other Florence highlights. The cute rooftop terrace was a bonus and lovely to come back to after a long day exploring. Breakfast was sufficient continental style, and staff were friendly. Room was ok for our needs, had a fridge and aircon, hairdryer, and was clean and modern.

Cons:

Room was small but compact, which was ok was we were travelling light (just rucksacks) but if we had full cases it may have been an issue. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Overall special hotel to which I will likely return
Pros:

Splendid hotel near the Centre. Best is the terrace with a stunning view of Florence, good for evening drinks. Definitely a special bonus. The young lady at the terrace bar was wonderful.

Cons:

Some older guys at the reception were grumpy. Rooms are fine but they can be noisy depending on where you stay. Some renovation is going on for parts of the hotel and room views can be to the courtyyard and potential construction.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, rent rom og hyggelig personale. Stort pluss med takbalkong med utsikt over byen.

Cons:

Veldig lytt ut til gangen, man våkner av alle som kommer og går. Ikke forvent å sove lenge.
