Fantastic
Pros:

I had a very pleasant experience at Blue Mountain Inn. What I liked the most was its excellent location and the wide range of services they offer, which make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
I especially appreciated the internal transportation system, including the shuttle buses that take you to the beach and around Blue Mountain Village, making it very convenient without needing to use a car.
I also loved the wristbands that provide free access to the gondola, which really adds great value to the experience. The additional perks, such as the $20 voucher for restaurants and bars, as well as the Starbucks drink voucher, were a very nice touch. Free parking is also a big advantage.

Cons:

Regarding improvements, I believe the rooms need more attention. It would be ideal to update the carpets, improve the quality of the bed sheets, and enhance overall cleanliness to ensure a higher standard of comfort.
Overall, it is a beautiful place with excellent services and a very complete experience, but there are a few details in the rooms that could be improved to make it even better.

Pros:

Welcome staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and treat us for our occasion.

Cons:

Our kids were too young for the canopy climb that is included in the stay.. would have been nice if the access bracelets we received were more age inclusive, to include the 0-3 play structure. Minor inconvenience, but would have been really fun for the kiddos!

Muy buena ubicación y un excelente servicio
Pros:

El hotel está a una cuadra del village, es cómodo y tiene una atención al cliente excelente especialmente la recepción, Bruce fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo.
El hotel ofrece en su precio actividades e incluye la posibilidad de ir a la playa privada de Blue Mountain

Excellent experience!!
Pros:

I have stayed here for 2 nights with family. My kids loved it. The rooms were clean and cozy. There is so much to do at the property if you don’t want to go for sightseeing. Blue mountain village is just 10 mins walk away. Staff were polite and accommodating. Would love to come here again

Overall good, just felt uncomfortable in the room due to lack of cleaning.
Pros:

Breakfast at The Pottery Alpine was really good, portion sizes were large, and the place looks clean.

Cons:

The room cleaning and smell on the 4th floor.

Pros:

Breakfast at the local restaurant was ok, service was slightly slow due to having only 1 or 2 servers. Food was good and plentiful for the cost.

Cons:

Didn't realize Blue mountains was a location for local school trips and/or camps in June. The middle schoolers made it lively but also more crowded.
