Comfortable rooms and reliable transportation service
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here twice within two weeks for many days and the hotel, hospitality, breakfast and transportation service was absolutely perfect. A gentleman named Klever picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the bus station to go to Cuyabeno, picked us up from the bus station and took us back to the airport. He is an absolute professional - always on time, great communication, safe driving and 100% reliable. Thank you Klever for making the trip stress free.

The rooms at the hotel were clean, comfortable beds and had great shower pressure and always had hot water - nothing bad to say about the rooms.

The breakfast every morning was great! Bread, eggs, coffee, and various fruits and juices that changed every day. Lorena was always super friendly and attentive for the breakfasts.

Thank you also to Guillermo for being so nice and accommodating. Being able to leave some luggage safely at the hotel while we went to Cuyabeno was a huge help.

We will definitely be staying here again every time we are in Quito!

Buen precio, buena gente
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca del trole y bastante cerca del metro. Desayuno amplio. Limpieza cada día. Internet sin problemas.

Cons:

No es muy seguro ya que las habitaciones tienen candado simple, sería muy fácil entrar y tampoco es el portón asegurado.

Pros:

Tudo! Eu não tenho absolutamente nada pra reclamar desse hotel, ele é bem localizado, silencioso, limpinho e as pessoas que trabalham nele são muito atenciosas e simpáticas. O café da manhã é uma delícia e a atenção especial da Lorena pra preparar o café da manhã faz muita diferença, as pessoas que ali trabalham parecem realmente gostar do que fazem. Foi uma estadia muito feliz e recomendo a todos!
