C'est le pire hôtel. Le personnel désagréable et pas serviable. Le 03 septembre, je suis rentrée à l hôtel, je ne vois personne au bureau de la réception j attends au salon avec ma mère et les enfants. Il y avait un homme déjà assis au salon avant nous, après un moment d attente je demande au garçon de sonner comme ça le réceptionniste vient pour l enregistrement de notre chambre, et là je vois l homme qui était assis au salon c'est lui le réceptionniste. Et franchement je voyais ça comme manque de respect. Car nous étions très fatigués avec nos bagages et lui assis tranquillement. Après l enregistrement je vois qu il m a attribué la chambre au sous sol numéro 105 ( à éviter surtout des punaises). Je lui demande de changer la chambre car ma mère est asthmatique et le soir même elle n a pas pu dormir. Le personnel n a rien fait. Heureusement que c était juste 3 nuits. Il fallait que je sorte ma mère de cette chambre toute la journée. Des moisissures au plafond, des disputes le soir dans la rue. Hôtel est situé sur une colline escarpée dans un quartier défavorisé pas pour les familles. La plaque de cuisson et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnent pas. Il y avait des punaises de lits. Les matelas du lits non confortables. Il ne faut pas compter sur leur vaisselle c est trop sales

Es un buen sitio y central pero para ir con niños no es tan recomendado

Estaba cómodo y los chicos de la recepción muy serviciales

Cons:

I booked for 2 couples (4 people), expecting 2 rooms, I found 1 small room (double bed) and 1 small living room with 2 small beds.
I was disappointed, we ended up booking another hotel.
The photos are accurate, but the place is old and dirty.
The location is good, but the neighborhood is not family friendly at all

Уютный отельчик рядом с площадью Таксим
Pros:

Отель отлично расположен, в 3-5 мин. от площади Таксим, станци метро и остановки автобуса в аэропорт.. Для пожилых и маломобильных людей надо учесть, что до площади из отеля надо немного подняться в горку (100 м.). сам отель небольшой, но достаточно уютный. Есть небольшая кухонная зона. Регистрация быстра, разрешили на час позже check-out.
Есть все необходимо в номере, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки и даже щетки зубные с пастой. Wi-Fi хороший. Несмотря на то, что наш номер был рядом с ресепшен на 1 этаже, особого шума не было.

Cons:

отличная цена покрывает некоторые недостатки
