Só dos funcionários. Nós íamos ficar 4 noites e logo depois da primeira, fomos lá reclamar e pedir para pagar apenas a noite que tínhamos dormido e efetuarmos o check-out. Os funcionários foram muito compreensivos e prestáveis. Aceitaram a nossa proposta e pagámos apenas 1 noite e viemos embora.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo e cheio de pó. As fechaduras para a varanda não funcionam. O poliban estava entupido e a WC ficou cheia de água (inclusive, fomos à receção pedir para arranjarem e nunca foram lá tratar). O quarto não tem boa insonorizarão e, durante a noite, ouvimos tudo perfeitamente (o vizinho do quarto ao lado tinha a televisão ligada e parecia que o som estava dentro do nosso quarto).
Chegámos às 18H às piscinas e já não dava para levantar as toalhas. A piscina não tem manutenção nenhuma e os azulejos estão todos soltos e partidos (inclusive cortei-me).
Horrível.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço, lanches e jantar foram excelentes. Sempre com comida variada e com otima qualidade, muitas alternativas para as crianças. Pizzas frescas feitas na hora, e se pre a sair entre tantas outras coisas mais.

Nada a apontar, já fui a muitos, RIU inclusive, e foi dos melhores e organizados a que já fui

Sehr schöner Urlaub ,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr schöner Pool im adults only Bereich . Und auch schöne Bar dort.

Cons:

Man konnte in 1Woche nur 1von4Themenrestaurants buchen obwohl dort immer Plätze frei waren. Eines davon hatte dauernd geschlossen wegen „Umbau „ der nicht stattfand .

Location is good but not exceptional, a car or taxi is needed to go to a good beach. The pool is nice

Cons:

The hotel looks oldish and maintenance is lacking in some areas, sofa-bed is very unconfortable. Lying beds by the pool are not enough and seriously lack some more shade areas, there are no parasols, just fixed structures that are not big enough and get full very early in the morning. Food is just OK, cocktails are just undrinkable, and the spectacles are done one the cheap. All in all, It is not worth what It costs. Will not return.

Das Sport- und Fitnessangebot gefiel mir sehr. Die Instruktoren/-innen waren motiviert, engagiert und kompetent. Der Kraftraum ermöglicht ein umfassendes Training.

La estancia al menos una vez ya merece la pena por las vistas y el acceso a la playa del hotel. Muy Buena comida.
Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas son increíbles. Las comidas, para ser buffet todo incluido, están muy cuidadas, limpieza, variedad y de calidad. Gimnasio con maquinaria antigua pero de calidad y cuidadas, las vistas del gimnasio son al acantilado, top.

Cons:

Toallas de baño y de piscina están muy desgastadas. Falta de regulación en la reservas de hamacas de piscina, deben mejorar este aspecto, genera conflictos.
Es un hotel dirigido exclusivamente a alemanes e ingleses, en los carteles el español consta como tercer idioma.
