4 funcionários todos com cara fechada, pareciam insatisfeitos (valorizo isso)
5 fiz a reserva pra 1 pessoa, fui mudar para 2 pessoas, pelo booking ficaria 40 reais a diferença, mas não consegui mudar, na recepção me cobraram 100 reais, entenda que não é pelo valor mais sim pelo descaso como foi tratado o assunto

Provavelmente não recomendaremos, nem haverá outra estadia, se não melhorarem ps pontos acima.
Cons:

Cobrança estadia PET somente informada na chegada, sem informações prévias no site de valores. Atendimento restaurante noite, não muito amigável, “um pouco de má vontade durante ao atendimento ao cliente”, tipo: Aff, mais um!
Risoto NÃO usado item citado no cardápio, verdadeiro arroz comum e queijo minas somente e não gorgonzola.
O mesmo com a salada Ceaser.
