Sofa cama inutulizable
Cons:

Reservamos dos habitaciones cuádruples para nuestra estancia. Al llegar, nos informaron de que había habido una inundación y nos cambiaron las habitaciones. Hasta ahí entendimos la situación.

El problema vino después. Una de las habitaciones “cuádruples” consistía en dos camas pequeñas y un sofá cama. Cuando abrimos el sofá cama, era imposible dormir en él: se notaba toda la estructura metálica en la espalda y el colchón era extremadamente fino e incómodo. Intentamos solucionarlo poniendo el colchón en el suelo porque literalmente no se podía descansar.

A la mañana siguiente fuimos a recepción para pedir una solución sencilla: otro colchón o un cambio de habitación. La respuesta fue que no podían hacer nada y que enviáramos un correo al manager, asegurándonos además que nos devolverían el dinero por las molestias.

Mandamos el correo y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta. Al día siguiente volvimos a recepción y nuevamente nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

Entendemos que pueden ocurrir imprevistos, como la inundación inicial, pero lo decepcionante ha sido la falta total de soluciones, de seguimiento y de atención al cliente. Lo mínimo habría sido intentar ofrecernos una alternativa o responder a nuestra reclamación.

A great stay in a good location (10-20 min walking dstance to Brussels main going out area)
Pros:

A real spacious ultra modern room, with balcony,very nice

Un bon point de chute pour découvrir Bruxelles
Pros:

Proximité du métro, à 5 minutes à pied, qui permet de visiter tout Bruxelles. Petits restaurants et supermarchés à proximité également.

Cons:

L'accueil à l'hôtel par le jeune homme à la réception le premier jour. Pas très sympathique.

Pros:

O Hotel é próximo ao centro com aproximadamente 1 quilômetro de caminhada. O banheiro possui aquecedor de toalhas e o chuveiro é muito bom.

Cons:

O box do chuveiro não fecha e o piso é de cimento frio.
