Un hotel en el cual el acceso para llegar, muy mal, la zona alrededor pésima, y la limpieza regular. Muchísimas cosas por mejorar, gracias. Precio en realidad a calidad cero.

Cons:

Le quartier, la chambre minimaliste mur et sol en béton, la douche qui fermait mal donc fuites d 'eau.
La chambre mal ventilée car les fenêtres s' ouvraient très peu ,pas d'isolation, pas de climatisation, pas de plateau bouilloire, pas de frigo alors qu il figurait dans le descriptif.
Comment accorder 3 étoiles à un tel ' hôtel '....et comment justifier un tel prix.

Pros:

Ho prenotato una singola per lavoro, non la consiglierei per una luna di miele per il suo arredo minimalista ma per quel che mi serviva: un letto, un bagno e un tavolo era tutto più che soddisfacente. Rispetto ai prezzi generali di Bruxelles era un'ottimo compromesso. Inoltre, la posizione è ottima, puoi raggiungere la stazione treni/autobus a piedi e allo stesso tempo non ti trovi lontano dal centro storico/bussiness. Il quartiere è tranquillo e abbastanza sicuro.

Aria condizionata non regolabile e un po' rumorosa. Non si possono aprire le finestre

Cons:

Très déçu. Franchement, on a plus l'impression d'être dans un squat que dans un hôtel. Les parties communes sont sales, le sol n'est jamais nettoyé, les murs et le plafond sont en très mauvais état avec des traces d'humidité. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, et l'établissement semble ne jamais avoir été rénové. Le manque d'entretien est évident. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Prostran apartman, udobni kreveti.

Cons:

Naplaćuju kafu na recepciji, a u recenzijana i opisu hotela piše da je besplatna. Obzirom da je cena apartmana visoka, mogli su da daju gratis po jednu kafu.

Inexpensive, good location, large room, great view.
Pros:

I had a large room on the 6th floor, with outstanding views of Brussels and the nearby canal. The hotel is just 10 mins walks from Dansaertstraat, and is very convenient for the centre. It's inexpensive. However, it's a bit dilapidated and run down. With some investment and TLC, it could be absolutely outstanding. Just feels a bit unloved. The staff are friendly, it's clean and modern. There are very few facilities nearby: you need to head out to grab a bite, or find something you need. The vending machine only takes coins, which was hopeless. There's a nice balcony you can sit on. Breakfast was very simple and self-service: a coffee, juice and a croissant. It was OK.

Cons:

It was neglected and felt a bit desolate and unloved. Some maintenance and investment would transform the who look and atmosphere of the place. I felt a bit isolated and alone: the reception is in one building, and the rooms in another. Zero staff presence in the block for the guests.

le jeune à l'accueil est très serviable il m'a changer de chambre suite à un dysfonctionnement de la chambre allouée initialement

l'hotel n'offre pas de distributeurs donc pas la possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude/froide ou meme un snack.
De, plus l'accès à l'ascenseur se fait à l'extérieur dans une zone très peu éclairée. il y a des odeurs désagréables dans les escaliers . la chambre ne paraissait pas propre les murs étaient plein de traces diverses aucune possibilité de se faire une boisson chaude. pas de moyen de conserver les denrées alimentaires et pas de clim mais un ventilo. la salle de bain idem trace etc... je trouve que pour le prix cela ne vaut pas le coup meme pour une nuit. le beton au sol donne un aspect entrepot sale cela n'aide pas
