Pros:

Хотела особо поблагодарить персонал, молодые люди на ресепшн были очень вежливы и любезны, помогли разобраться с транспортом, заказали трансфер из отеля в аэропорт, помогли с багажом и проводили до места трансфера. Одна я бы не справилась!

Pros:

Nice staff, clean bed sheets and towels. Small cozy apartment. The location is the best, in the heart of taksim, 100 meters from istiklal street.

Cons:

No elevator and so narrow and difficult to climb stairs. We were promised to have our flat on the first floor but during check in the plan changed to the second floor. Otherwise the staff are kind and helpful

Friendly staff. Great location. Room outdated.

The location was the best.

Cons:

The property did not match the pictures. The bathroom was grimy, outdated, and dirty. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The internet does not reach the second or third floor.

Great option near Taksim Square
Pros:

The hotel is a great option for this price point. The room is exactly like the photos. Fairly modern and comfortable. The area was quiet, safe, and a short walk to Taksim Square Metro Station. Just be mindful when choosing somewhere near Taksim Square that the further away you go the steeper the road gets! This property requires a 20 metre steep decent from the square (pretty much as good as you can hope for). It's quite lively a few minutes walk away at night but you can't hear it inside the hotel. I'd stay here again if I came back to Istanbul.

Cons:

Free water refill stations would be great for the planet but as that wasn't possible I bought a 5L container nearby and used that instead. No lift but they will help with your bags.

Устаревшие номера.
Cons:

Кондиционер работал ужасно, фен вообще не работал. Гель для душа пах очень странно, как будто перемешав с плесенью. Ночь переночевать можно но не больше😅

A truly exceptional stay at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and inviting throughout our stay.

The staff were especially remarkable warm, charming, and always genuinely helpful. They assisted us with our luggage on arrival and made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. The level of hospitality really made a difference and gave the stay a personal, welcoming touch.

Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be very happy to return.
