Устаревшие номера.
Cons:

Кондиционер работал ужасно, фен вообще не работал. Гель для душа пах очень странно, как будто перемешав с плесенью. Ночь переночевать можно но не больше😅

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality in a Perfect Location
Pros:

A truly exceptional stay at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and inviting throughout our stay.

The staff were especially remarkable warm, charming, and always genuinely helpful. They assisted us with our luggage on arrival and made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. The level of hospitality really made a difference and gave the stay a personal, welcoming touch.

Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be very happy to return.

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Für einen Kurztrip völlig ok. Zentral, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung im Bad (Armaturen) müssten Mal erneuert werden.
Das Schloss meines Zimmers müsste ebenfalls erneuert werden.
Bett war bequem, wie gesagt für 2-3 Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου και του cafe ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Ο Murat μας βοήθησε με τις βαλίτσες στην άφιξη και μας τις κράτησε για λίγο στη ρεσέψιον μετά το check out. Στο Santa Lucia Cafe νιώθαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, ήταν τέλειο για τσάι και καφέ. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο πλούσιο για 5 άτομα που ήμασταν, αλλά ήταν οριακά εντάξει. Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι 1 λεπτό από Tarlabaşı και 5 λεπτά από πλατεία Taksim, οπότε η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετικά βολική.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο προσεκτικά καθαρισμένο. Επίσης, χρειάζεται συντήρηση στο θέμα της υγρασίας. Ένα σημείο της οροφής του δωματίου μαδούσε λόγω υγρασίας. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε καλό εξαερισμό. Τα πλαστικά κομμάτια από τα οποία ήταν φτιαγμένη η οροφή του ντούς είχαν στραβώσει, με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργηθεί ρωγμή από την οποία έσταζε στο μπάνιο μας νερό από το ταβάνι. Ο ανελκυστήρας ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας. Εάν διορθωθούν αυτά, θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

İt was a 1 day stay for me and i needed it closse to everywhere and easy to go around it made my stay ok

The location and the rooms were good.

Cons:

No elevator,stairs were very narrow and steep ,its seems it was an old hotel and they renovated it,the entrance of the hotel not very inviting and functional.

It was very convenient stay and the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Pros:

The hotel entrance may seem small, but the rooms were super spacious, and the bathrooms were also a good size compared to other hotels I stayed. The staff was also super helpful with any additional requests or assistance needed during the stay.

Cons:

I would have really like if they provided water bottles instead of water cups, as the cups get empty real fast.
