Pros:

It was a good location not too far from penn station with lots of options for food and dinner close by.

Cons:

The windows cannot be opened so it’s a bit stuffy because your pretty much only with aircon the entire time. I have summer allergies so could have been nicer to have a bit of ventilation. Room was also quite small though the bathroom was quite big in proportion to the room.

Average hotel for our stay in Nyc
Pros:

Location was great. Also rooms were clean and pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

Staff were not friendly. We booked 2 rooms and requested early check in, at least in one room, we were willing to pay for that. They said it was not possible and we need to come back at 3:00Pm. When we came back at 2:30 pm, they still refused to check us in. They waited until it became 3:00 sharp to give us our rooms. This was not a good start from the hotel and they could've been more cooperative.
Also rooms are extremely small. No place to move in the room or even to open the suitcase. Shower needed maintenance as drainage cover was completely taken out from its place. They use paper cups instead of ceramic mugs, which I find to be not appropriate in a 4 stars hotel.

A pesar de tener cosas que puse como crítica, sería un hotel que se puede volver a repetir si visito de nuevo NYC
Pros:

La ubicación , la limpieza, la disponibilidad ilimitada de botellas de agua, la posibilidad de recibir paquetes como por ejemplo de Amazon.

Cons:

Las camas son muy angostas para dos personas, y el sofá cama que te ofrecen para una tercer persona es muy inferior a una cama convencional a pesar de ser Queen. Publican productos de limpieza marca LOccitane como algo espectacular y resulta que son botellas grandes recargables fijadas a la pared y que tienen un Sticker de la marca, que al final no se sabe si es verdad de su origen. Las teclas para prender las luces no están sincronizadas para apagar todas de una sola tecla, es preferible que no tengan ninguna sincronización para eso, y que todas se prendan y se apaguen en forma independientes. Los Ascensores son muy lentos y encima solo hay dos.

Very comfortable room, perfect location, friendly staff, great price value!!!!!
Pros:

Location: Based on what we wanted to do, the location was perfect. We could walk to Time Square for shows, Central Park, Museums, Empire State Building and subways are everywhere. Room: We had a very spacious room, great bathroom, in room fridge and coffee maker!

Cons:

Hard pressed to find any issues. The hair dryer had only 2 settings, the low fan was low heat. MINOR issue.
