Nulla di grave.. ma la struttura è dotata di soli due ascensori con lunghe attese per salire e scendere. Il servizio sia in camera che al ristorante buono ma un po' lento
Hotel in posizione strategica centralissimo per visitare Mahnattan e a due passi dal metro e dal piacevole Bryan park. Molto pulito, e in posizione tranquilla, gradita l'acqua tutti i giorni nel frigobar così come caffè la mattina e tisana fredda la sera nella hall. ColaIazione ricca e ben servita. Nella via dell'hotel ristoranti per tutti i gusti dal Pub irlandese alla Stickhouse di livello.
Non molto comodo il materasso del sofà bed, eravamo in una quadrupla ed era poco lo spazio per le valigie

Lokalita byla výborná, rovněž i snídaně byla výborná. Personál se vždy snažil veškeré jídlo doplnit.
Uvítala bych více ramínek na oblečení.
U popisu vybavení pokoje je uvedeno toaleta a pak ještě další toaleta, která ale v pokoji nebyla.

There was a bad smell in the room assigned to me, I was told that is my only choice as all other room were assigned , manager said that he will give me a better room next day. Manager didn’t show up next day and I left a message but no one got back to me
