The location was great, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.
It in Manhattan, so close to anything. The shower and bed where very good. Free water in the room and at the reception. Staff very relaxed, helpful and effective. It gave you a feeling of comfort.
The room looked smaller than I expected, probably because it was cramped with furniture. The view of the Empire State Building is not that impressive from the window of the room (11th floor).
I didn't like the price, but this seems to be Manhattan.
The hotel holds a warranty of 100 dolars (we stayed one night) and it releases when you leave. But that's only the perspective of the hotel, because the money are still blocked by the bank probably, now two weeks later.
The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and fresh. The shower was so nice!
The staff were very nice and friendly. The concierge was very helpful with a restaurant suggestion and getting our reservation. The location for anyone getting around by subway or just walking the area can’t be beat.
The property is along a busy street and the only rooms with the two beds we requested are at the front of the hotel on the lower floors near the street noise. It seemed odd that the rooms that would accommodate a larger party, or a couple willing to shell out for the extra room, would be given what is essentially the worst part of the hotel. Thankfully there is a fan running continuously in the room which provided enough white noise to drown out the street noise. When they say the rooms are “soundproof” that means sound from other rooms. Also the towels were a bit old and scratchy.

They charged me wrong then said I was checking out the first day of the trip when I was scheduled to stay there another 3 nights.

Era la seconda volta che alloggiavamo in questa struttura, ma purtroppo questa seconda volta l’esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Ci sono stati alcuni disguidi poi risolti con il personale che si è mostrato disponibile e pronto alla risoluzione.
Una nota negativa, rispetto alla prenotazione del taxi per l’aeroporto ci è sembrato strano non poter richiedere il classico taxi giallo. Ci è stato detto da un addetto della struttura che non era possibile prenotare quello e abbiamo dovuto usufruire del servizio dell’hotel in collaborazione con degli autisti a un prezzo svantaggioso.
