Unser zimmer war zwar schön aber es war direkt vor dem fahrstuhl - man hat die anderen hotelgäste im Gang so laut gehört was tatsächlich schwierigkeiten beim einschlafen verursacht hat, zudem war die minibar alle stunden mal sehr laut wir denken das es damit zu tun hat das die minibar im kühlmodus den motor des kühlschrankes eingeschalten hat und die geräusche von daher kommen

Guter Service, aber die Zimmerqualität und die defekte Dusche waren enttäuschend

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und der Teppich hatte mehrere Flecken, was keinen gepflegten Eindruck machte. In der Dusche gab es ausschließlich kochend heißes Wasser, sodass Duschen kaum möglich war. Zudem ist während des Duschens die Armatur abgefallen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das sehr freundliche Personal. Auch die Tiefgarage und das Fitnessstudio haben uns sehr gut gefallen und waren ein klarer Pluspunkt.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Die Gegend in der sich das Hotel befindet ist sehr schmutzig mit Müll an jeder Ecke.
Mit dem Auto fährt man ca.20 min bis zur Innenstadt.
