Felt unsafe, took a long time fior someone to come out to let me in, someone blocking door sleeping at entry, excessive noise at night

I showed him the email which verified from the booking that free parking was included as check in was 12am an we checked out 9am . He instead choose to debate with me over it to which I ended up paying as we were too tired to continue and I had a car full of tired children. We just wanted to sleep

Disgusting odors whivh made me nauseous. All windows n doors where open still smell was lingering. The guy said smell from cooking smelling food. Its normal. Didnt change the room on my request. So I checked out. And they didn’t refund anything back to me.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. Very little about this stay was positive aside from the location being reasonably convenient and the apartment size being suitable for a larger family.
The photos online are completely misleading. The apartments are far more run down, dirty, and poorly maintained in reality than what is shown in the listing. The entire place felt damp, unclean, and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. There were even flying bugs in the bathroom, which only added to the feeling that the apartment was not being properly maintained or cleaned.
The biggest issue was that there was no proper heating at all. What appeared to be the only unit available was actually a dehumidifier, not a heater, meaning there was no reliable way to keep the apartment warm. We were travelling with 5 children and there were no additional blankets provided. After raising the issue, the apartment manager delivered just one extra blanket during the night and left it outside our door, but refused to move us to more suitable accommodation. Expecting a family to stay in cold accommodation without heating or adequate bedding is completely unacceptable.
There was also a terrible smell when stepping out of the lift onto Level 3, creating an awful first impression. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property were poor, and after reading other recent reviews, it’s clear these are ongoing issues rather than a one-off problem.
To make matters worse, Booking.com was completely unhelpful throughout this process and made an already awful experience even more stressful. The handling of our complaint was incredibly disappointing.
We will never book through Booking.com or stay at MCentral Apartments again, and I would strongly caution others—especially families—against booking with either.

The view, spacious and clean. Customer service is good
Central to everything and economic. Opposite the bus stop too which was ideal.
This accommodation could be so much better if they only focused on detail. The wardrobes are old with faulty doors and shelving. The table is chipped up and the chairs don’t fit the look and feel. In the shower the walls are peeling at the bottom.
