If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
The room was absolutely disgusting. It felt dirty and grubby from the moment we walked in, to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable taking our shoes off. There were what appeared to be blood drips in the bathroom, the walls were filthy, and it was obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned.
Everything was worn out and in poor condition. There was duct tape holding things together, the couch was so dirty we didn’t even want to sit on it, and the furniture looked tired, damaged, and unmaintained. Nothing felt clean or sanitised.
Had we not arrived late and needed somewhere to stay at short notice, we would have left and found somewhere else. If we had children with us, there is no way we would have stayed.
The room was also extremely noisy. A dehumidifier was running with the hose hanging out the window, so we could hear everything going on outside.
Without a doubt, this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The lobby was very dirty we paid for a packing space that people took and it wasn’t in a private car park it was in a normal parking lot the manager was very helpful but was far from a 4.5 star the apartment

Location
The booking confirmation email I received stated that check-in was available between 2:00pm and 11:00pm. However, at around 5:00pm I received a call from MCentral advising that we had to check in by 8:30pm. I explained that this wasn’t possible as we were attending an event that didn’t finish until later that evening.
I was told that someone else could collect the key on our behalf, however we didn’t have anyone available to do that. At that point we felt we had no viable option, so I requested to cancel the booking and receive a full refund. This was declined. I then attempted to cancel through Booking.com, but that request was also denied.
We spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation, which took us away from the very event we had travelled to Auckland to attend. We struggled to get any assistance and found the whole experience extremely stressful and frustrating.
Eventually, we spoke with the night manager, who advised that we could arrive at any time and check in without issue. We later discovered that a third party was managing the phone calls, which appeared to be the source of the misinformation.
When we finally arrived, the room was extremely hot and had no air conditioning. In our view, the accommodation was not worth the price paid.
We ended up staying only one night as Auckland was under severe weather warnings that weekend due to a potential cyclone, and we wanted to return home safely as soon as possible.
While the night manager was helpful and professional, the overall experience was disappointing and not one we would wish to repeat. We also paid for a car park, only to find a contractor’s vehicle parked in our allocated space, requiring us to wait for it to be moved before we could park.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not stay here again.
It was easy to get into, it doesn't necessarily look like the photos they put online but it was passable.
Damaged furniture, Kettle was dirty, carpets full of stains. But the beds were fine. It's good for a passable night.
