Absolutely disgusting
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

This property was disgusting! Quite possibly the worst apartment I've ever stayed in. Stains on the carpet, gross mouldy shower, rancid dirty cutlery, window/patio door wide open when we arrived so very cold. Plasters on the bedroom windows... There were even people smoking drugs right outside our window in the corridor. Awful experience and couldn't wait to leave as early as we could in the morning.

Fine for short term stay
Pros:

The location was central and surprisingly not noisy. I was initially worried reading the Google reviews the day I was going to stay but it isn't as bad as some feedback suggests. Perhaps it depends on the room you get assigned.

Cons:

The portable air conditioning unit wasn't heating. Walls and some furniture was a little tired. Parking not included, have to pay extra.

Very basic facilities but OK if you are not using the room much.
Pros:

Comfy beds. I liked that our room had 2 shower and toilet rooms.

Cons:

Beds were only double. Very soft which was good but makes it a bit roll together if you have 2 people. I didn't like that most of beds were pushed to the wall and no bedside tables except one room and most small lights in the rooms not working and no lamps. No enough couches and comfy chairs for the number of people the room sleeps. 2-3 (ripped) couch for a room that sleeps 8.

Pros:

Location was great close to airport transportation close to shopping close to restaurants Bedrooms and bed comfortable

Cons:

Room smelt old. The breakfast offered didn't have pancakes. The ad wasn't the same as what was offered. I did get to have cereal breakfast.
