Front desk training is severely lacking. I showed my Booking.com confirmation, yet staff insisted something was wrong with the booking status. We were stalled for nearly an hour before being abruptly allowed to check in. A thoroughly disorganized and baffling check-in experience.

とても快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

どこに行くにも立地がよく、地下鉄が目の前から行けるのがありがたいです。
ロビーにはWOWパスの機械もあるし荷物を測る計測機もあるため空港でバタバタしなくてすむのでありがたいです。

Cons:

部屋によって浴槽がある部屋と無い部屋があるので
夏場はいいけど寒い時期にシャワーのみの部屋だと辛いなと思いました。

Exceptional stay will most definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to most attractions. I found it better than Myeongdong not as busy but close to Myeongdong if you want to go there. Plenty of shopping and the restaurants in the area are exceptional.
