We loved our stay!
Pros:

There are many advantages to staying at this hotel. First of all, the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel, so carrying large and heavy luggage is not a problem at all.

The hotel is also located directly next to an elevator entrance to the subway, which makes it very easy to quickly reach many tourist areas around the city. In addition, there are many bus stops nearby. It was extremely convenient for us to travel around Seoul.

The rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, with options available for both local and Western guests. Since we had a second reservation, we were also able to leave our large luggage at the hotel while we traveled to Busan. This was a huge advantage and saved us from carrying heavy bags during our trip.

Rooms and location are amazing, breakfasts not so much
Pros:

Location is amazing, super close to the subway, stores and to a lot of other stuff
Rooms are really spacious! Both the room and the bathroom, even more so for Asian standards
Everything is very clean - it might've been the cleanest hotel bathroom I've seen in a looong time!
Some of staff were super pleasant (the breakfast bartender for example and two foreign staff at the front desk)
Higher floors have nice views if you're lucky to land the Design Plaza side

Cons:

Breakfast, almost everything about it - not much to choose from (I could actually name all of the options with not much problem), almost zero variation between days (7 nights), basically just one american fried food that alternated between days, that's about it
No real vegetable, little fruit, food was decent, very disappointing considering the hotel's rating
Most of the stuff didn't speak proper English which made things difficult at times (kudos to the breakfast bartender and the foreign guy at the front desk, who were great)

Great stay and value for money.
Pros:

Great location, the entrance to train station and airport limousine is just outside hotel entrance. Starbucks and convenience store is just round the corner. Rooms are clean and good size for 3 of us, toilet amenities are good too as it provides some facial products.
