I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your property. We booked a room for three guests at a rate of ₹3,600, expecting a comfortable and reliable experience. Unfortunately, the service and room conditions we encountered were completely unacceptable.
Upon check-in, we found the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Although a technician was sent to service the unit, it only worked temporarily. Before leaving the hotel to explore Jaipur, I explicitly requested the front desk to have our room cleaned and the AC re-checked. To our dismay, when we returned later that evening, the room had not been cleaned, and the AC was completely non-functional.
Given the high temperatures in Jaipur, the closed room became incredibly suffocating and uncomfortable. I spent the entire night contacting the reception, repeatedly requesting either a room change or an immediate resolution. Shockingly, the staff provided zero assistance, ignored our requests, and failed to offer alternative bedding for our third guest.
Paying ₹3,600 for a room with no basic ventilation, no air conditioning, and completely non-responsive staff is entirely unjustified. The lack of basic hospitality and accountability from your reception team turned our stay into a miserable experience. I expect a prompt explanation and a substantial refund for the severe inconvenience caused

location of the hotel and staffs are polite and very helpful.
There was leakage from hand washer and wooden floor required maintenance as it is making unusual sound while walking and create disturbance while sleeping. TV channels not recharged and stopped in between.
