An excellent stay in a fantastic location with wonderful hospitality—I would happily stay here again
Pros:

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was fast, the location was excellent with easy access to the train station and tram stop, and the friendly, family-run staff made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Nothing—we had a great stay.

Good location apartment let down by poor maintenance, cleaning, and services.

Late check in was an issue, staff initially asked for credit card information by SMS before eventually agreeing to take deposit payment in person, then requested full check in again next morning when all information had been provided. In general, staff were friendly but didn't attempt to call me for late check in or communicate the check in statuswith one another well. Lots of little maintenance and cleanliness issues with apartment- toaster was dirty, the kitchen sink tap loose, one of the bedside lamps didn't work, there was a hole in the wall in the 2nd bedroom where the powerpoint was supposed to be (possible safety risk), and there was a random shoe sole left in the wardrobe. Bathroom linen provided was incomplete (no hand towels). Wi-Fi was basically non-functional, had to switch to mobile data just to get websites to load.

The space was great, modern and clean.

Cons:

The balcony was bare and closed so nothing to see. The aircon took up the space so not pleasant to sit outside.
The beds were old and bendy, and did not have any comfort like a mattress topper. There was no quilt only a brown thin blanket

Family of 4, perfectly accomodated in a roomy 2 bedroom apartment with every amenity supplied
Pros:

BRILLIANT! I have found my inner city Melbourne place to stay from now on. Impeccably clean. Roomy 2 bedroom apartment - finally a 2 bedroom apartment that provides 2 couches for people to sit on. And RNR apartments provides a 2 seater AND 3 seater couch. Huge coffee table so you can dine in comfort at either the 4 person dining table or in front of TV. Excellent kitchen amenities, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer with detergents and powder included for all the appliances. Secure parking with easy lift access. Walking distance of 200 metres to pubs and cafes. Easy tram access into city and for us, straight to the Melbourne Netball and Hockey Centre. Staff were absolutely delightful. And all at an appropriate price. Our family of 4 spent 3 wonderful nights here and will be back again for sure.

The staff were nice, the apartment was spacious and location was great

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, there was cigarette ash in the wardrobe and on the balcony, so not very clean either. Tried to call front desk but no-one called back.
