Cons:

Upon arrival being 15 minutes early, as the reception is only open on limited time slots, I was not greeted how I expected but to be greeted by the lady with a fag in her mouth pointing at the opening times stating I'm too early and you have not followed instructions... when I attempted to explain as we had trouble finding a vacant parking space so we gave ourselves more time, she then ignored me and my partner and started speaking to some locals, while I was was patiently waiting I noticed broken outside chairs/furniture and full up ashtrays and a general unwelcome appearance. I then asked to view my room before I committed as now I was suspicious and the lady got rather angry and I felt this was turning into a conflict into the street so we walked away, she quickly got onto booking.com and said I was a no show and lost all my money. In my opinion this has happened before despite the other positive reviews when I spoke to some locals.

Good location near the beach, parking spots available nearby. Clean and hygienic property with good space comfortable for two people

Cons:

The blankets provided were of poor quality and were scratchy, so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep at night. The stairs to climb up to the bedroom were very steep too so we had to be careful while going up and down.

Aardige dame bij ontvangst. Het appartement is wat verouderd maar wel netjes. Dichtbij het strand.

Cons:

Het is vrij gehorig, je hoort de buren behoorlijk en op straat is ook veel lawaai van (dronken) vakantiegangers.

Pros:

Appartamento carinissimo, ma soprattutto PULITO. La signora alla reception molto gentile all’arrivo ti fornisce un sacco di informazioni. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare albufeira,stare due minuti a piedi dal mare mentre per la vita notturna con 10 minuti a piedi arrivi ai locali.

Pros:

Spacious, has a balcony, and great location. The place Is close to many beaches and the strip is just a few minutes away.

The beds are very comfortable.

The host is very sweet and gave us information about the area.

De locatie; super dichtbij strand en de strip♥️ De ruimte en het inpandige balkon met schuiframen.

Cons:

Het appartement stamt uit de jaren 70 en dat zie je. Wij houden van de sfeer, veel liever zo dan strak, clean met tl verlichting! De lamp en de douchestang waren echt aan vervanging toe (verroest) maar de waterdruk is fantastisch; heerlijk gedouched!!

We simply loved our large appartement in a quiet corner of the city, so close to the ocean. The apartment is cosy and constructed with lots of care and good materials. Great value for money and the lady who welcomed us in young in her heart!

La douche fonctionne à merveille. De loin, la meilleure douche que nous avons eu parmi plusieurs endroits que nous avons loués.
