Not a choice of breakfast for diabetics
It was clean pleasant to walk into smelled wonderful in the lobby area.
It was difficult to get into the facility. The traffic patterns to access the hotel is unclear.
Breakfast was great! The place was amazing very well kept up. The location was a bit on the odd side but it was easy enough to get there. The Staff was great BUT if you book thru bookings.com and book more then 1 room be sure to check receipts. I went down to check out and told the staff member my room number. She ended up checking me out of my in laws room and I ended up never checking out of my room officially. So the staff member didn't listen to what I was telling her.
Location is ok, staff is nice.
The beds in the rooms are terrible. I have 2 beds in my room. One is completely broken, you can see the damage through the sheets. The other feels like its about 15 years old. Has a noticeable body print, and tons of divers. Some of the worst beds I've ever experienced.
Location - my service appointment was less than 1/2 mile to my dealership . The facility was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the free breakfast.

Breakfast hours and food selection was great! Enjoyed free cookie upon arrival. Very personable staff who were engaged in making sure we were taken care of. Breakfast staff were having fun while working and kept food restocked. GM, Zenia greeted guests, made sure we had everything we needed.. She offered to get refills and asked about our stay. Cleanest place throughout.
Outside light shining into our room. Would have been nice to have a blind or shade to block.
Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Coffee was available in room. Plenty of towels for us to use. I like the shampoo/body wash available in shower. Great shower head.

The reason for the stay was to sleep. The bed was hard and hurt my back. I asked about a topper and they said they didn't provide that.
Breakfast was as expected for a hotel. Place was clean and quiet. What staff we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Property looked well kept.
Wi-Fi sign on directions were not in the room and we struggled to connect even after calling the desk for sign in info. Linens were clean but did not smelll fresh.

Bed pillows were a little bit too soft. Just our opinion. Not a big deal.
