Un accueil chaleureux
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et donne des bonnes indications de visite. C'est très appréciable. L'Hôtel est très bien situé.

Cons:

La salle de bain était exigüe et abimée, avec de nombreux points de moisissures dans la douche.

Experiência ruim: quarto quente e abafado, insetos e falha no acesso ao quarto durante a madrugada.
Pros:

O hotel é super bem localizado, perto da Catedral e dos pontos turísticos do centro. A equipe é super atenciosa e o banheiro compartilhado sempre limpo.

Cons:

Estou viajando há cerca de 30 dias por diversos hotéis na Europa, e esta foi, de longe, a pior noite que passei em uma acomodação.

O hotel é extremamente abafado e quente. Fiquei hospedada em agosto, durante um período de muito calor, e o quarto tinha apenas um ventilador antigo, barulhento e empoeirado, que praticamente não fazia diferença. Não havia ventilação adequada. Ao abrir a janela, entraram muitos pernilongos e joaninhas, e a tela contra insetos tinha vãos que permitiam a entrada deles. Instalar telas adequadamente em todas as janelas e um ventilador de teto seriam soluções simples que melhorariam bastante o conforto dos hóspedes.

Além disso, durante a madrugada, saí do quarto para usar o banheiro e não consegui retornar porque o aplicativo usado como chave havia parado de funcionar. Como cheguei após o horário da recepção, não recebi uma chave física e dependia exclusivamente do aplicativo para acessar o quarto. Precisei ligar para um funcionário às 4h da manhã para conseguir entrar novamente, o que foi extremamente desconfortável.

Essa situação também é bastante preocupante. E se ninguém tivesse atendido ou se eu não tivesse créditos para fazer uma ligação? Eu poderia ter ficado sem acesso ao quarto e aos meus pertences durante toda a madrugada, tendo que esperar até as 8h, quando um funcionário chegasse :(

Se o hotel oferece late check-in, o sistema de acesso precisa ter uma alternativa confiável. Uma fechadura eletrônica com senha, por exemplo, evitaria que os hóspedes ficassem completamente dependentes de um aplicativo e, em caso de falha, sem acesso ao próprio quarto.

Chambre et lit très confortables. Personnel très gentil. Très bien situé, rue très calme mais dans le centre historique.

Cons:

On entend les portes des autres chambres et les gens qui marchent dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner non compris et qui est excessif.

Very bad, poorly cleaned
Pros:

Very nice staff. Very close to most of the main attractions. Nice view.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. The walls, floor and doors were very dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable and we woke up with bites all over our bodies which we are pretty sure we're caused by bed bugs. I don't recommend this hotel, especially not for this price.

Pros:

De ligging pal in het centrum.

Cons:

Kleine donkere kamer, de badkamer was verouderd en vies, dronken gasten die naar de ochtend toe met veel geroep en getier binnenvielen. Het leek of we op kot zaten en niet op hotel. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 nacht.
