La atención del personal del restaurante y recepción es excelente, son un encanto.
Nos gustó la ubicación en un paraje natural, con sus piscinas naturales, los juegos en el restaurante y en la piscina "artificial".
El mantenimiento en la habitación, pésima la limpieza y cuidado de la instalación. El gran problema, el baño: el grifo de la ducha está suelto y hay agujeros en los azulejos, lo que hace que sea un nido de cucarachas y humedad constante (no tiene ventilación). Si hubiera un mantenimiento de ese espacio (el baño) habría estado aceptable. Entendemos que estar en la naturaleza conlleva vivir con insectos en ocasiones, estamos acostumbrados y encantados. No entendemos que por esa falta de arreglos en las instalaciones de la habitación aparezcan cucarachas. No hemos dormido tranquilos ni una de las noches gracias a esto. No se cobra este precio si no se invierte en un habitáculo salubre, con el mínimo se cuidar que no haya lugar a nidos de cucaracha dentro del baño. Sentimos mucho tener que reseñar esto, ha sido tan desagradable que consideramos importante que lo podáis mejorar para que nadie pase por esto.

Trovare tre scarafaggi in camera non è stato piacevole. Forse è stato perché prima c’è stata una famiglia con dei bambini che hanno mangiato in camera. Lo staff è stato molto gentile che ci ha cambiato la stanza. Forse per il prezzo che si paga non te l’aspetti.noi eravamo in una camera normale non quello in mezzo alla natura.anche se c’è tutta natura attorno.i cuscini sono molto alti, io ho ho usato un asciugamano.
