A great location in the centre of the village, but I am unlikely to book into Buller Central again
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

A claustrophobic room with a queen bed and two single bunk beds. This meant that there was no room for a fridge and only one seat (presumably for four people!). The restaurant was not open, and there was no lounge or common recreation area, which meant that we were confined to the room. A minor point was that there was no plug in the ensuite basin.

Pros:

Stuart was the most incredible host - even the children noticed and said he was the most amazing hotel manager in the world! Food at the restaurant was superb and staff lovely. Location was the best.

Easy and convenient
Pros:

Great location right near Bourke St chair.
Stuart was great and responsive.
September is in wind down mode on the mountain but we loved it.

Friendly host and well equipped room with sufficient facilities
Pros:

Host is amazing! We love the drying room and ski storage area as well as the hotel being right in the village centre!

Cons:

All’s good but maybe better if the room is a little warmer in winter.
