Pros:

Everything in the apartment was clean and comfy. The only negative was that I am 82 and the apartment we stayed in was up two flights of stairs. They only had lifts to the opposite side of the building which wasn't mentioned

Overall great value for a two bedroom apartment. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great value for money, and two bedrooms with double and queen beds. Great for adults requiring seperate beds.

Cons:

Pillows were hard but found one soft pillow in the cupboard. Shower small.

We were very happy with the apartment, a unit with disabled access would have been better for my elderly mother.

The position is great, it was easy to find. Spotlessly clean. Great value for money and staff were fabulous!!

It was ok, the weather was nice & Ballarat is a very lovely place to stay & visit.
Pros:

Was close to my visit to see friends in the area & close to the local attractions that I visited on my stay

Cons:

Some plates & cutlery were dirty when I arrived & the toilet didn't flush properly

Place was clean and beds comfortable

Cons:

There was a cup in the cupboard and it looked like it wasnt washed and had coffee stains from whenever the last time it was used which we didnt like at all.
Plus there was no lid for the pot as the lid that was there was too small and we couldn't close off the lid when we used the pot.
