It served our requirements adequately and was warm on a very cold night.
Pros:

Its position close to Sovereign Hill suited us.

Cons:

The room felt a bit closed in as the window onto the balcony need to to down for privacy.
The other window was very high up.

Great location and sized
Pros:

Loved the location as it was walking distance to Sovereign hill and a short drive into the city centre also had a great bistro with kids playground close by too. So great location

Good location, comfortable clean rooms, good facilities
Pros:

Comfortable clean rooms with a stove as well as microwave, elevator which was great for my husband who has mobility issues, location terrific as close to Ballarat CBD, undercover parking

Cons:

Lacking cooking utensils and cookware so could actually use the oven. This is a common problem with just about everywhere I have stayed, if you are provided with good cooking facilities it is essential that you are provided with cookware and utensils to cook with.

Easy and comfortable
Pros:

Great location near sovereign hill. Warm rooms.

Cons:

Only 1 bathroom for a 3bed apartment. Limited cutlery and plates. Carpet is worn in living areas.

We had a good stay, I would come again

It was quiet and close to the attraction

Cons:

The water pressure and I think the photos shown on the sight really looked nothing like the actual property.
