Pros:

Heating was good

Cons:

The size of the room was terrible. Nowhere for two people to sit and our luggage could hardly fit in the built in provided and TV remote must of had flat batteries

Great if you want to visit sovereign hill and close to the heart of Ballarat, just a little unclean and quite dusty.
Pros:

Good location. Accomodating staff. Great parking facilities

Cons:

Cleanliness was an issue. Very dusty through and through. Layer of dust on top of fridge and other surfaces.
Cookware eg pots and pans need good clean or rotating.

Well priced, comfortable, good location for what we needed.
Pros:

Easy and convenient parking. Walking distance to sovereign hill. Room has everything you needed.

Cons:

Creaky floor with lifting/buckled carpet that could be a tripping hazard

Great location avd value for families
Pros:

Amazing location to visit Sovereign Hill and the winter lights. Good value accomodation for location and space, especially travelling with kids

Cons:

It’s a little tired, carpet areas and some kitchen equipment could do with an update.all the rooms need additional blankets in winter.

If water issue fixed a GREAT accom near Sovereign Hill
Pros:

After seeing some poor reviews we were very pleased with the size and comfort. Unit 1 , 2 bedder , had a large lounge room and good kitchen.

Cons:

Had no hot water at all second night, manager apologetic and refunded some money. But that should never happen ( especially since it has been an issue before in some reviews)

Lovely facilities but need to have someone available for these situations

Nice rooms with a comfy bed

Cons:

Tried contacting the reception and property via booking.com about the amount of cigarette smoke entering our room as I have a 1 year old it was more of a safety hazard. They never responded to my message u fortunately and also no one picked up when I tried calling. Also we had 2 loud drunk girls in the room next to us playing loud music, slamming the door every 30 mins and yelling and laughing out the front of their rooms waking us up multiple times.
