Überforderter Seevice ( Mansoor) seinen Namen , Zimmer voll mit Ameisen

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, defekte Kühlschrank im Zimmer und ich hatte Ameisen im Zimmer. Der Service war schlicht( sein Name war Mansoor) unfreundlich und überfordert. Ich würde Gern mein Zurück haben!! Es war sehr schlicht

La chambre était calme malgré la fenêtre coté rue.
Hôtel très bien placé

Cons:

La chambre était confortable, mais très petite, quelques éléments un peu vieux (miroir avec coins noircis par le temps etc.) Rien de grave ni d'inconfortable en soit, mais très décevant par rapport au prix de la chambre. Je n'y étais que pour 2 nuits donc ce n'était pas grave, mais pour un plus long séjour ça aurait été plus dérangeant.

Eu escolhi o hotel em razão do ar condicionado, que dizia ter. O último quarto disponível quando fui fazer a reserva, era a suíte. Paguei pela suíte, cheguei e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Reclamei, demoraram 2 dias e rebaixaram de quarto para um standard, que supostamente teria ar condicionado. Todavia, também não funcionava. O quarto apenas era mais fresco, por estar mais baixo e ter menos incidência solar. Reclamei na recepção, pelo rebaixamento de quarto e pelo calor, apenas falaram que poderia me dar o café da manhã, mas que o estorno/reembolso da diferença para o quarto menor só poderia ser feita com o booking.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Diplomate in Geneva. The hotel offers good value for visitors looking for a convenient location and comfortable accommodation.

Excellent location, just a 1-minute walk (approximately 60 meters) from the Villereuse tram stop, served by Tram Lines 12 and 17, making it very easy to travel around Geneva.
Adequate and comfortable room size compared to many city hotels.
Daily housekeeping service with rooms cleaned regularly.
Complimentary breakfast included.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout my stay.
I was kindly granted an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

Cons:

The air-conditioning control system was not functioning properly. However, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels in Geneva, where cooling systems are generally not as modern or powerful as those found in many Asian countries such as China, Thailand, Malaysia, or in the Middle East.
No complimentary drinking water was provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient.
The refrigerator was not working properly, and the issue remained unresolved despite reporting it to the hotel.
The elevator is very small, which may be inconvenient for guests with large luggage.
Overall:
The hotel's prime location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms make it a good choice for visitors to Geneva. Cons:

Bruyant car la chambre donnait sur la rue du tram. Sèche-cheveux peu efficace. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce qui est proposé.
