Globalement je recommande cet hôtel !
Pros:

L’aménagement de la chambre et de la salle de bains , très fonctionnels , et la chambre spacieuse .
L’accueil très aimable .
Par ailleurs hôtel bien situé , central .

Cons:

J’avoue que je n’ai pas eu le temps de noter des items négatifs.

Imposible dormir. El hotel está pegado al tranvía y al ser antiguo no hay ningún tipo de insonorización. Una pena, pero no pegas ojo en toda la noche.

Pessimo pernottamento

Solo la posizione centrale

Cons:

L'hotel viene venduto come un 4 stelle, ma la struttura e i servizi che offre sono al massimo da hotel a 2 stelle. È scandaloso far pagare 300 euro una notte per un alberghetto di così basso livello. Le stanze sono piccolissime, non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per aprire la valigia piccola 24 ore, hanno arredi vecchi e lerci di oltre 30 anni. I tendaggi e moquette sono così usurati e vecchi che emanano un odore stantio e pungente. Il letto è assolutamente fuori dagli standard di comodità e Sanità dell'hotellerie internazionale. Pessimo! La colazione è davvero imbarazzante, sembra la mensa della caritas, con un'offerta scarsa di prodotti dolci e salati oltretutto molto scadenti.
Lo staff discretamente accogliente.

Un 4 étoiles??? Plutôt 2 ou moins, on ce dirait dans les années 90, tout est vieux, moquette au sol (🤮), chambre petite, équipement ancien, bref…pas top. Par contre, c’était propre donc pour une nuit, c’était OK mais sans plus…

Expensive for what it is but then again this is Geneva!
Pros:

It was a decent location, staff were pleasant.

Cons:

No car parking despite a response from them before arriving that it was available, when we arrived they said it must have been an AI response generated by Booking.Com. In terms of quality, whilst we know Geneva is expensive, the hotel for the price did not really represent good value for money.

Décevant même pour une nuit

Très déçus par notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et avons eu deux lits simples sans réelle solution proposée par l’hôtel.

Le plus problématique reste le parking : le parking privé est toujours annoncé avec supplément alors qu’il n’existe plus depuis la rénovation. Nous avions justement choisi cet établissement pour cette prestation puisque nous voyagions en voiture, et avons dû payer le parking public en supplément.

L’hôtel met énormément en avant sa “rénovation”, mais visiblement toutes les chambres n’en bénéficient pas. Notre chambre était vieillissante avec équipements usés, volet abîmé, simple vitrage très bruyant côté tramway et télévision ne fonctionnant pas. Rien à voir avec les photos mises en avant sur l’annonce.

Petit déjeuner également décevant pour un 4 étoiles, avec supplément demandé pour un expresso.

Dommage, car l’établissement a du potentiel, mais les prestations réelles ne correspondent pas au standing annoncé.
