Disappointing: Room I booked in advance was given to someone else
Pros:

Breakfast, room equipment, service, friendliness of staff

Cons:

My room was given to someone else even though I booked and paid in advance. I had to sleep in the lobby until 4:00 in the morning to get a room after another person checked out, because all other hotels in the city were fully booked. I was not offered any compensation.
Furthermore, there was a mouse next to the trash bags near the breakfast table

Pros:

Solo ed esclusivamente una cosa: il personale della reception; nel resto tutto da buttare e gridare aiuto: nemmeno una stella va bene come qualifica!

Cons:

Tutto: è vecchio, sporco; camera era sporca addirittura piena di cappelli; porta che sta per cadere; per dormire 2 ore ho bloccato la porta con la sedia! Esecrabile
Peggio di così non si può!

Não recomendado no período de temperaturas mais altas, baixa ventilação e sistema ruim de ar condicionado

Os funcionários são atenciosos e receptivos

Cons:

A escolha foi muito pautada no ar condicionado, inclusive por questões médicas da minha esposa.
A primeira noite foi caótica, impossível dormir devido a falha total do ar condicionado.
Na segunda noite tivemos que tomar banho frio várias vezes a noite pra conseguir descansar, inclusive a recepção estava muito quente também.
Solicitado suporte aos funcionários, ao Booking mas nenhuma solução

Cons:

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen and stayed. It is surely not 4 star but 2 star. It’s dirty, old, hot, stuffy and everything is falling apart including the water flow of taps in the dirty, broken shower, toilet.

Funkar fint för en natt i Geneve.
Pros:

Bra läge. Nära till sjön när det var varmt och man behövde ett bad. Bra faciliteter i badrummet och bra med kylskåp.

Cons:

Ingen AC. Sängen var förvisso charmig med stora sänggavlar och sänghimmel, men inte så skön.
