Mon séjour à l'hôtel Onomo de Bamako, du 11 au 14 fevrier 2026 a été une riche expérience. En effet,

Mon passage à l'Hôtel m’amène à relever les points positifs suivants:
- Disponibilité des agents et surtout de la directrice commerciale,
- La restauration et surtout le buffet matinal,
- Le dispositif de sureté installé à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Mon passage à l'Hôtel m’amène à relever les points d'amélioration suivants:
- L’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne que par la clé du réceptionniste,
- Les lumières dans les couloirs qui ne fonctionnent qu'avec le détecteur de mouvement me semblent insuffisantes, car les clients circulent souvent dans l’obscurité;
- L'émission de la facture définitive qui m'a laissé perplexe.

Room size too small compared to other ONOMO hotels. had no towels, soap, basic things that should be present were not available. Infact will not recommend to anyone
