Aria condizionata non funzionante, il personale non ha avvisato all'accettazione. Ho dovuto chiedere un ventilatore perchè l'aria in camera era davvero pesantissima.
Prima colazione non ottimale. pochi dolci, solo brioches non particolarmente buone. succo di frutta di qualità scadente.

Die Lage ist für eine Stadterkundung perfekt!
Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und geht auch auf Sonderwünsche, wie eine Kofferaufbewahrung ein.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr schlicht, wie z.B. die Bedienung der Fenster... Aber das holt die Lage wieder raus.

Il n’est pas acceptable (d’autant plus quand on se prétend un 4 étoiles) de n’offrir qu’un simple ventilateur pour conjurer une chaleur extrême dans les chambres. Pas de climatisation, en pleine canicule… les murs étaient chauds, le lit était chaud, l’air irrespirable. J’ai trempé de transpiration mon oreiller et mes draps, et n’ai évidemment pas beaucoup dormi.

The location is good.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning did not work, making the room unbearably hot—in summer, it was almost impossible to sleep. The main light and refrigerator were also not working. We reported all three issues to reception at least twice a day, but nothing was resolved. WLAN is very slow. Breakfast very basic. In addition, a staff bicycle was kept in the breakfast area, which was inappropriate and added to the overall poor impression. The hotel did not provide the facilities or standard we had booked and paid for.

Location was good, close to the Jet d'Eau and reasonably easy to get to from the station. Room was spatious and clean.

Cons:

The aircon was essentially useless even for a day that wasn't very hot.
