la propreté n"est pas dans la chambre ! En revanche une famille cafard loge sous la fenêtre, nous l'avons signalé, on m'a répondu que c'est la nature !

Ottimo albergo, con camere confortevoli e pulite. Il bagno è ampio e ben organizzato. La colazione è abbastanza varia e adatta a diverse esigenze. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente

Nie wieder! Schlechte Ausstattung, Zimmer mit vielen Mängeln und nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen!

Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Romantik Hotel ok - nix Besonderes!

Cons:

Die negativen Erfahrungen starteten mit der Kommunikation vor Anreise, indem ich eine Mail erhielt, dass ich für einen Platz im Restaurant reservieren sollte. Damit ging ich davon aus, dass das Restaurant geöffnet ist. Hätte man die Mail ganz nach unten gescrollt (wer macht das?) hätte ich erkannt, dass das Restaurant Mo-Di zu hat. Wieso senden Sie mir aber dann die Mail, wenn ich von Mo-Di übernachte???
Somit musste ich ein Fertigessen aus dem Netto mit ins Zimmer nehmen! ;(

Dort angekommen wollte ich den TV nutzen und durfte sagenhafte 180 Sendeplätze weiterklicken, bis der erste brauchbare Sender (SAT1) kam. Davor nur Fehler wegen fehlender CI Modul für HD Empfang und irgendwelche AlJazeera Sender. Einen TV sollte man wohl in einem 4Sterne Hotel programmieren können, oder?

In meinem Zimmer gingen 3 Deckenspots nicht. Die Lichtqualität war unterirdisch. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer 4 verschiedene Lichtfarben gezählt und ein sehr "entspanntes" kaltweißes Licht im Schlafbereich trägt natürlich zu einer 4Sterne Romantik unbedingt bei!
Der Spiegel war angeschlagen!
Ich habe noch nie (!) ein 4 Sterne Hotel erlebt, bei welchem so wenig Liebe zum Detail herrschte!

Das Finale folgte nun am nächsten Morgen, an dem ich leider nur kalt (!) duschen konnte!

Einzige Aussage an der Rezeption: "Ich werde es weitergeben!"

Keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass, nix!

kurzum: Nie Wieder dieses Hotel! Ich kann jedem nur unbedingt davon abraten!
