Alles in Allem sehr angenehm
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und kulant. Die Lobby gemütlich, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung. Die Balkonsteckdose komplett defekt.

Pros:

Soba je bila velika, prostrana, prozračna. Čistoća na visokom nivou, krevet jako udoban. Sve u svemu, pristojan smještaj za pristojan novac. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Doručak je bio fantastičan i zapravo na nivou doručka u hotelu puno više kategorije :)

Cons:

Potrebno je renoviranje kupaonice i promjena namještaja i tepiha, poprilično su zastarjeli.

Good overall
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the room were useful - some plates and cutlery in the cupboards.

The location was close to a tram stop and was quiet outside and inside.

The breakfast was delicious. And the receptionists were very helpful and kind.

The parking garage is great, felt very safe, and this was particularly important to us.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tatty - there was an open drain cover under the sink. The shaver socket didn’t work.

The lift system to get around the building was a bit annoying - if you are on the second floor you have to take two different lifts to leave the building.

Although breakfast was nice, the staff seemed a bit downtrodden - one in particular who was obsessed by getting the place ‘ready for lunch’ each morning at 9am was very territorial which created a bad feeling.

Otel otobüs terminaline çok yakın. Yürüme mesafesinde.
3 yıldız ancak çok daha fazlası. Çok temiz. Personel aşırı güleryüzlü.
Restoranda Maria inanılmaz yardımcı oldu.
Pizzalar aşırı lezzetli.
Oda Hergün temizlendi ve çarşafları yenilendi.

Pros:

Зручне місце розташування, номер чистий, в номері кухня є але не було навіть чайника, і на рецепції теж сказали що немає, питання навіщо кухня якщо навіть чай дитині попити неможливо) парковка платна. Сніданок чудовий. Кафе яке працює на першому поверсі було зачинене, працював лише бар, ( подивились меню, по їжі тільки піца і все). В цілому задоволена, але зупинялась в Загребі в кращих варіантах за такі кошти.
