PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y ROBO
Cons:

NO VAYAN NEVER A ESTE HOTEL HORRIBLE, pague por la aplicación, me cobraron. Y cuando llegue el señor de la recepción me dice que él no estaba aceptando nada de la aplicación y que si quería quedarme tenía que pagar de nuevo y a parte no había agua ósea son súper desconsiderados y no son transparente. Por qué tiene en su hotel con ofertas en la plataforma y dicen que no están recibiendo ????? Porque son unos ladrones!!!! Puro juega vivo eso es lo que me molesta. Me dejaron varada a las 4 am sin cuarto y sin devolverme el dinero niña porquería de hotel.

Que no era un lugar muy lleno

Cons:

Tiene muchas cucarachas y cuando la persona que iba conmigo salió a su trabajo me apagaron la conexión del aire pensando que no había nadie y eso fue a las 4;30 me sancoche hasta las 7 que ví que ya era más de día para salir a tomar el bus

Cons:

El trato por parte del señor de edad que está en el turno de la noche, un personaje con carácter brusco y cero de hospitalidad.
Se solicitó una habitación con wifi y solo un piso tenía el servicio, los demás pisos no lo tenían, no había agua portable.
La reserva nunca se tuvo en cuenta y tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel.

Tener personal apto a toda hora

El hotel en si, está bien para el precio y la ubicación, si eres turista y quieres estar cerca de casi todo en el centro de Panamá.

Cons:

Si llegas de madrugada, no hay quien te gestione una reserva, si la haces por Booking, digamos si llegas de madrugada al pais y necesitas dónde dormir,, la persona que esta en la recepción no maneja la tecnología,, me pasó que pague por Booking con tarjeta de crédito y al llegar allá, la persona me decía que el no sabía de esa reserva, que no le había dejado escrito nada, sin embargo yo tenía la reserva paga en mi teléfono y por más que se la mostré no entendía.. al final se resolvió, pero perdí mucho tiempo de descanso en ese dilema.
